Kaci was the perfect day-of-coordinator and we highly, highly recommend her. She shepherded us through the month- and day-of calmly and confidently and made the wedding day run smoothly. About a month before, we met with her to discuss our priorities for our wedding, establish a timeline, and make sure we were on top of all the details. She came to this meeting very organized, and prompted us to think about things that weren't even on our radar - as an example, whether we wanted a grand entrance and what song we'd like for that. As we got closer to the wedding day, she took over communicating with our vendors and provided all of them with detailed itineraries and instructions. A few of our vendors told us that Kaci was one of the more organized coordinators they've worked with. She was very responsive if we had questions or wanted clarifications and was always open to more communication. On the day of, she was perfect - we felt totally at ease knowing that all of the vendors knew the plan and that Kaci would tell us where to be and when. She had a calming tone and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and was instantly responsive if we needed anything or wanted to make last-minute changes. We were able to focus entirely on enjoying the party. We are so glad we chose Kaci!!

My partner and I were looking for guidance and help in planning our wedding celebration. We were recommended Two Perfect Events by our venue, Mister Jiu's, given their prior collaboration and experience with them. We were kindly welcomed by Leah and introduced to our planner, Yoko, who was amazing, carefully guiding and making our vision a reality, accommodating our preferences and budget, and helping us with the design and layout of the big day with all of our vendors. She provided multiple vendor options, communicated closely with them and us throughout the bidding and hiring process, and ensured we were all on the same page from planning through the walkthrough and up to the day of the event. One of the greatest things about this process was the clear, concise communication and organization that made planning, payments, and decision-making understandable, step by step, rather than a labyrinth of crossed wires and deadlines.  The day of our wedding was as effortless as could be. It was great to have the team from Two Perfect Events, along with Yoko and Leo, there to assist with setting up and taking down decorations and rentals, help guide guests, event staff, and our vendors, and ensure everything, including our deliveries and rentals, went according to plan. We also appreciated that our planners kept an eye on both of us the entire night to ensure we were doing well and enjoying the festivities, getting our food, making sure we were at the right place at the right time, and saving any items for our personal requests. We did not expect that Two Perfect Events would take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the entire day and the in-person walkthroughs, which gave us a chance to reminisce on the process and quickly provide a glimpse of our families and friends outside the eyes of our wonderful wedding photographers.  We appreciated that our vendors were all in sync, and the coordinators ensured our entire process minimized the stress of planning, which was what we had hoped for all along. They provided us with good advice on choosing vendors, insurance for our wedding, and what to expect when working with multiple parties. It was evident that Two Perfect Events had considered multiple contingencies and scenarios in which snafus or unexpected issues may arise throughout the process, and we were glad that Yoko was always prepared for them, including giving us enough buffer time due to traffic delays so our guests could arrive on the big day.  Everyone complimented us on the evening, and it went by so smoothly. They commented that this was the least stressful and most fun wedding they've been to in a long time, which conveyed the vibe we were going for. We wanted it to be a fun yet intimate evening where everyone enjoyed getting together to celebrate, and we were delighted to celebrate that day with them. Thanks again to our wonderful planner, Yoko, and Two Perfect Events! We couldn't have done this without you.

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. Orralyn did an incredible job helping us plan our wedding in Carmel by the Sea. She was organized, knowledgeable, fun, calm, went above and beyond and I can't imagine the day without her presence. I take the time to really get to know my couple (and their families!) prior to the wedding so that you can be assured I completely understand your vision and can execute it as if you were doing it yourself. This allows you to relax the night before and truly enjoy the entire wedding day.

Hiring Ashley was easily one of the best decisions we made for our DIY wedding. Here’s why: 1. Ashley does it all. When you’re planning your own wedding, the last thing you want is to juggle a dozen vendors. The fact that Ashley is a day-of coordinator, florist, and dessert person is a huge plus. We even asked her to cater our farewell brunch the next day! 2. Flowers: They were freaking beautiful. We asked for bud vases and my bridal bouquet, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I teared up when I saw my bouquet. 3. Dessert: We told Ashley that our guests weren’t really dessert people, yet the fact that there was almost no dessert left is a testament to how tasty everything was. The heart cake she made for us to cut into was adorable and, unsurprisingly, delicious. 4. Day-of coordination: Where do I even begin? Ashley was easily the most responsive vendor we worked with, but more importantly, she has a way of putting you completely at ease—which means so much when you’re a DIY bride juggling a million things.
 Here’s the best example I have: just over a week before the wedding, I realized I had given Ashley the WRONG DATE for the wedding. I had somehow missed it in all our communications and contracts. It was 100% my fault, and when I realized it, I was this close to throwing up all over myself. We were one week out, and I was screaming. I immediately texted Ashley to apologize and ask if she was still free, and instead of freaking out, she simply said, “Don’t worry, I’ll figure it out. You’ll have a beautiful day—don’t worry!” And she did. She dealt with her hotel, juggled all the logistics for the flowers, and made it work.
 That’s exactly the same calm, helpful energy she brought on the wedding day. When I realized there was no wine on the tables during our reception, she handled it. When I asked her to come early for a rehearsal, she did. There were a million little details that I either a) thought I had accounted for (as someone who is extremely Type A and naturally anxious) or b) hadn’t even thought of (since I’d never planned a wedding before), and Ashley either handled them herself or discreetly gave me two potential solutions to choose from.
 One example: vendor meals. Obviously, you know you have to feed your vendors, but I hadn’t considered where they were going to eat—it was still on my to-do list the morning of the wedding. With a million things happening, I didn’t get to it, but thanks to Ashley, all our vendors were fed and I didn’t have to worry about it one bit. 5. Bonus perk: Ashley has a bunch of wedding items you can borrow (like candle holders, easels, signage), which is a game-changer when you want to be mindful of the planet and avoid buying, dumping, or reselling everything afterward. All this being said—if you’re a DIY bride and think you can just deal with all these little details yourself (or have your maid of honor or mom do it), don’t. Hire Ashley instead. No matter how organized or prepared you are (which I thought I was!), you need to hand over the reins—and Ashley is the perfect person to pick up where you leave off. The amount of stress and anxiety she took off my shoulders on our wedding day (and before that!) was worth every single penny. I cannot thank her enough.

We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. I’ve already recommended her to others and would love to work with her again. Highly recommend Park & Paloma Events and I’d say her work deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!
