Hi! I'm Tamara, a Bay Area wedding planner, coordinator, and designer based in the Bay Area and serving San Jose, Fremont, Pleasanton, San Francisco, and San Rafael and surrounding regions. I bring deep cultural fluency and a genuine understanding of the traditions, nuances, and family dynamics that make these celebrations so meaningful. I specialize in multicultural, Middle Eastern, North African, South Asian, and Afghan weddings but am open to any and all clientele from all walks of life!

From full wedding weekends to day-of coordination, I handle timelines, logistics, vendor management, and every detail in between — so you can actually enjoy your engagement and your wedding day. I'm a designer of over 10 years so I can design custom invitation suites, stationery, signage, menus, and seating charts in-house, creating a cohesive, seamless experience from start to finish.

Description

From your first idea to your last dance, I handle everything. Full Planning means full vendor sourcing, design direction, budget management, Detailed Timeline Creation, Vendor Confirmation, and a complete Run-of-Show. I specialize in multicultural and multi-day celebrations, from Haldi and Sangeet to interfaith and multi-ceremony weekends, and I'm your Main Point of Contact start to finish.

Somewhere between doing it all yourself and handing it all over. Partial Planning is fully customizable, so you pick exactly where you want me. Pull from any Full Planning service, add design work like Stationery & Signage, or bring me in for vendor sourcing, budget help, and multi-day coordination. Everything wraps with full day-of coordination, Run-of-Show, and me as your Main Point of Contact.

You've planned your wedding, I make sure it runs. Starting four to six weeks out, I take over Vendor Confirmation, build your Detailed Timeline and Run-of-Show, and handle the logistics so you can finally hand it all off. On the day, I'm your Main Point of Contact, managing Personal Decor Setup, Guest Flow, and timing from your first look to your last dance. Ten hours of coverage included.

    So grateful for Tamara!

    Okay I have to talk about Tamara because she genuinely made our wedding at Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon so incredibly special! She coordinated everything so seamlessly from our vendors, to timeline, and finishing details of setup; all of it. She was calm when we weren't, she had a solution for everything, and she made sure every little detail was exactly how we envisioned it. I kept thinking throughout the day "wow I'm actually just enjoying this" and that's because of her. Highly highly recommend!!

    Seamless wedding coordination experience!

    We hired Tamara for day-of coordination at Palm Event Center in Pleasanton and honestly it was the best decision we made for our wedding. She came in about a month before our wedding and took care of the final to-dos, organizing our timeline and finishing details. Everything we had spent months planning came together perfectly because she made sure of it. She was so on top of every detail, from the vendors to the timeline that we didn't have to think about a single thing on our wedding day. We actually got to be present and enjoy our day, which is what we wanted in an wedding coordinator!

    Extremely communicative and personable!

    We cannot recommend Tamara enough!! She handled absolutely everything for our wedding at Paradise Ballroom in Fremont and we truly mean everything. From venue coordination and full event design to custom stationery, invitations, and every little detail in between, she was our go-to from start to finish. What blew us away was how organized and communicative she was throughout the process. We never had to worry about a thing because we knew Tamara had it completely under control.
