We focus on real storytelling rather than staged moments. Our films combine a cinematic style, professional equipment, drone coverage, and careful attention to the details that make each wedding unique.     Exceptional, Highly Recommend! A

    I’m so glad I picked Alphares Studio for both my wedding and proposal. These guys really know their craft and did an amazing job start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and nice to our guests. Ara was on top of the timeline the entire day and was always there to give us guidance when we needed! especially during moments like cutting the cake with my wife. Everything went smooth, and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. Thank you guys for being part of our special day!

    Great Service

Packages are pre-built bundles at a set price - great if you want everything taken care of. Mix & Match lets you build your own coverage from scratch, choosing exactly how many hours, photographers, and add-ons you need. Both include professional editing and online delivery.
Your 50% deposit (or full payment, if you paid in full) is non-refundable once paid. This applies to cancellations, no-shows, and changes of mind alike, and it secures your date and locks in our team's time from the moment it's paid. The only exception is a genuinely major circumstance beyond your control - see our answer on refund exceptions below.
No. When you book, you can pay a 50% deposit now (the remaining 50% is automatically charged on your event date), pay in full upfront, or finance your package through Affirm or Klarna. Whichever you choose, once paid it's non-refundable except in reviewed exceptional circumstances.
Yes! You can reschedule once for free if you notify us at least 15 days in advance. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may include a fee.
You'll be redirected to start the booking process and create your account, so you can track your project, reschedule if needed, and access special deals. You'll choose your package and add-ons, provide your name, event date, email, phone, agree to our Terms & Privacy Policy, then secure your date with your preferred payment method.
In genuinely major circumstances beyond your control - such as a death or a serious, documented emergency - we'll review a refund request individually with supporting documentation. Documentation doesn't guarantee a refund; ordinary cancellations and changes of mind don't qualify.
The Rate Lock Warranty guarantees your quoted hourly rate won't increase if your event runs longer than planned. Without it, overtime is billed at the standard rate. With it, your per-hour cost is locked in - no surprises on invoice day.

Delivery timelines vary by package - Duo and Premium are 3 weeks, Elite is 4 weeks, and Luxury is 5 weeks. All files are delivered digitally, with an optional USB Flash Drive add-on.
We deliver your media via online gallery links and physical drives (if included in your package), ensuring easy access and sharing with family and friends.
Yes - every package can be financed through Affirm or Klarna. Choose the financing option at checkout to pay over time while your date is secured.
