Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. “Our wedding day wouldn’t have been as magical or extraordinary of a day if it wasn’t for Cassidy. Leading up to the big day, we had numerous calls and chats where she guided us through every step of the way. She made it all so seamless. I’m not quite sure how she does it, but I wasn’t once stressed through the entire planning process. We had multiple zoom calls and I knew she was always a text or call away (even though I tried my best not to bug her after hours!) Once the wedding day came, it all felt like a dream we didn’t want to wake up from. Cassidy and her assistant, Taylor, went above and beyond for us. When I stepped out of the bridal suite and saw the vision to come to life; it was breathtaking. Cassidy also has a few tricks up her sleeve. “I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Brittney brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm. She gave us "get ready" reminders which was helpful and made the day move smoothly. Our timeline was seamless and she had EVERYTHING you needed for your BIG DAY in case you forgot anything. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. “*Please prepare for a long novel of praise and gratitude for seriously one of the best and most IMPORTANT vendors in the wedding game** From start to finish working with Johanna and the JLM Events team was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our wedding. Full transparency - I was hesitant to book a coordinator due to budget being the MAIN factor for our wedding and frankly I didn’t think we could spare the expense. After finding out from our venue that it was a requirement to have a coordinator (turned absolute GODSEND) I found Johanna last June (2025) and from start to finish have been absolutely FLOORED by her dedication, insight, and complete understanding of our needs and wants for the most special day of our lives. Let me just tell you- Johanna will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for you and then some. I was so thankful to have her as an advocate during this process. As someone who considers herself very “Type A” I had no idea how much of a crucial necessity having someone like Johanna would be during this process. The vendor selection is overwhelming to say the least but getting into the nitty gritty of contracts, Plan B scenarios, and just overall comprehension of this business is not something that is talked about enough in this industry. With the guidance and wisdom of Johanna, I know for a fact our experience was as seamless as it was because of her knowledge and diligence. She checked in with me routinely leading up to our wedding year and then on a weekly/daily basis once our wedding year hit. Before booking the remainder of our vendors (which were a lot LOL), I would make sure to send her the contracts I received to make sure everything looked okay and with her guidance we were able to avoid some MAJOR possible disasters with some really important vendors (talking Catering & Glam…pretty important :) ). My whole point is this- you have no idea what you’re looking at or even the questions to ask, even if you think you do, you need someone like Johanna and her team as allies. We avoided these possible disasters because we had Johanna. And even better, once confirming that it wasn’t in our best interest to book said vendor(s), Johanna would be right there with other options for us that were highly recommended and most important- in our budget. I never once felt pressured or like that I wasn't heard at all with Johanna during this process. She received and heard every ounce of my wants and intentions for this day and for that, I am indebted to her. Our wedding day was such a sacred day and because of the team (led by Johanna ) we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. Our main focus was just being present with each other and savoring every second- that’s how it should be! BOOK JLM DESIGN AND EVENTS, trust me it’ll be the best thing you do :)”

“Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.”
