“Brittney was amazing! So we started our wedding planning journey by spending TWO, just TWO days trying to save money and do it ourselves, and by the second day our heads were hurting and we were exhausted. We gave in and decided to search for a wedding planner. We tried over a few days, and she was the third and final interview. We booked her that night! She was SO professional and worth the investment! Before we had even paid her, the night we booked her, she even messaged a venue for us that we had already booked but changed our minds about! Brittney was so efficient, we booked her at the end of January of 2022, by mid February she already found and helped us book our ideal venue, by the beginning of March she booked our photographer! By mid-April, she helped me find and design my dream wedding dress all in one visit! In-between, we had all the big and small details done, and our wedding wasn’t going to be until November! She even helped us find an all-inclusive venue to have our secret ceremony before the big wedding, and kept it a secret the whole time! She was even so gracious and patient with us during difficult seasons in our personal lives, and help take on difficult dealings with the venue, as well as when we ended up pushing our wedding out to the following year instead of the year we originally wanted. She listens to your vision, executes it without fail, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your event is exactly what you want, even down to ensuring you’re getting your money’s worth with vendors and overseeing if you’re being overcharged. She truly builds her business in caring about the level of service she provides, making everything leading up to and including your special day as stress-free as possible. Even on the wedding day when I as the bride was feeling down, she sat with me as a friend and helped encourage me throughout the moments leading up to me walking down the aisle. We already told her to get ready to plan our vow renewal in a few years, as well as any other events we wanna do! Brittney was not only the BEST professionally and worth the investment, but in the process, she has become a true personal friend that we still talk to, who we value and care for. “Where do I even start. My original wedding planned bailed two days before and Bre stepped in and never missed a beat. She got write to work and pulled information and materials together like we had been working together all year. I was able to full unplug which was the best gift of all. “I want to thank Mandy , Doris and their team for all their hard work over the past few months. I cannot have such an amazing wedding without their help. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I know I am a picky person. ;) They made the conversation very warm from the beginning, I could feel they put all their hearts into it , they are trying to help a friend of them, instead of just a client. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication. We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! “Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. “Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. “Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. My family, friends, and even vendors I used all had nothing but great things to say about her! For any big events I’ll have in the future I will be sure to head her way yet again to use for her services. For the price she will charge it is WELL worth it! I have no complaints.”

As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!”

“Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!”
