We had a big Indian wedding with multiple events, lots of moving parts, and many cultural traditions, and Your Perfect Bridesmaid, especially our amazing planner Jenah, absolutely crushed it. From day one, Jenah was calm, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to understand every aspect of our multi-day celebration, including cultural details and family expectations, and then executed everything with total precision. No detail was overlooked, and she handled every challenge with confidence, creativity, and kindness. Jenah seamlessly managed multiple venues, timelines, vendors, and family logistics. When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!

From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

Working with Jodie at Aisle Ready Events was easily the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! My now wife was busy in grad school and I know nothing about weddings, so we knew right off the bat having an experienced planner helping us was the way to go. But after the wedding was all said and done, it is incredible looking back at how easy Jodie made the experience. She found us incredible vendors, always asked the right questions that we would never think to ask, and planned the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (or in this case been the main part of)! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!

I seriously could. not. recommend. her. enough. Bria was an absolute sweetheart and so quick to respond to any questions we had. Our day flowed so smoothly because of her. We were hesitant to invest into a coordinator, but with our wedding being out of state, we didn't want the stress. She made sure our dreams came true and handled any hiccups like a champ without me even realizing things went differently till after the day was over. During my planning process, she did not hesitate to help me with certain situations if they came up. She seriously was such a light and calm energy when we needed it. Don't want the stress and a positive influence on your big day? Hire her! If we had the budget we would have definitely hired her for more then just day-of.
