“There are truly not enough words to thank Clemence for making our dreams come to life. She was the PERFECT choice for us, and our wedding became a reality because of her. Booking a full-service planner is a HUGE decision. Out of all the vendors to choose, your planner is the one you spend the most time with. When we got engaged, we interviewed over 10 planners, and the decision for us was SO easy. Clemence brings both calm excitement and organized vision to every conversation. She is so thoughtful and receptive, but also knows how to get it all done. And every vendor she recommended for us was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We had such an positive experience from photos, DJ, content, florals, catering, makeup.... it truly was a dream team thanks to her choices!! On our wedding weekend, Clemence was at our beck and call. She was 10 steps of me (already a Type A person), knowing exactly what I needed before I would even ask. Not only did she keep everything on track, she made sure we had the best day of our lives by keeping the vibes high and really just caring for us on a deeply personal level. Most importantly, I never had to worry about our wedding day. I am sure 1000 things went wrong that I still do not know happened. “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. We chose the partial planning package, but Korina truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire year. She was there for every question, decision, and detail. I have a very hard time making decisions, and Korina was amazing at helping me narrow things down based on what best aligned with our overall vision. She really understood my style, which took so much of the guesswork out of planning and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. It was also such a huge benefit that Korina was getting married at our venue herself and works there so often. The planning process: Stephanie is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She was always one step ahead and made what could have been an overwhelming planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. Stephanie and her team truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples were evident in every interaction. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. “Oh Amanda and her team! There’s no right words to describe how AMAZING, professional, Kind and helpful Amanda and her team at spark and sage. They concurred our wedding day with such ease! She hustled so much for much and not did it show! Everything went so beautifully and smoothly. Not only do my husband and I thank her for all the hard work she’s done for us, but so do my family and friends. They all raved how amazing she was. She is such a beautiful soul. Amanda, from the bottom of our hearts, you deserve the world. You have the most incredible thing going on for you! Almost makes me want to have another wedding you can plan! We have recommended you to everyone we know who is engaged! We can’t thank you enough. If anyone is looking or unsure about whether to book Spark and Sage, do not hesitate. Do not! “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

“Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!”
