“I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!”

While it was worth it, it also meant there were A LOT of details that needed to be organized, set up, finalized, and executed on our wedding day. Morgan took all of it on and brought my vision to life perfectly even the things I hadn’t planned because I had simply given up! “Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. “During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She was there to provide full support and reassurance. Every bride needs reassurance . Jordyne’s services were worth every penny! I would recommend her to every bride. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Johnna was phenomenal to work with. I knew when I first spoke with her over the phone that she was going to be excellent. She made my vision come to life and I did not feel any stress day of because I knew she would take care of everything for me. She was willing to step in and help any way to keep me stress free! The morning of my wedding, she came to my house where we were getting ready and transported my dress and my bridesmaids’ to the venue so we didn’t have to cram them in our car. She also packed up all my decor at the end of the wedding and dropped them off the next week because we weren’t able to take the boxes the night of the wedding. Thank you so much for everything you did, you are amazing!!”

“Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

“Holy cow, Lyssa rocks, hire her now before she books up! I'll be honest, I was skeptical about needing a planner for our wedding ("ours isn't a crazy extraganza, how much do they do?"), but now I can't imagine how anyone does it without one. Now for the details you probably care about: - Lyssa is responsive & helpful - we had numerous big wrenches thrown at us during wedding planning (venue got sold, etc.) and Lyssa was ready for our panicked call, talked us through options and making us confident things would be O.K. - Lyssa is fun - I know that's not top of the list, but you spend a lot of time interacting with your planner, so it helps if you enjoy it. - We hired her to be planner & day of coordinator. We also went with her extra packages where she handles the majority of floral & decor. Having the same person do the day-of was so helpful, because she already knew everything that was going on & had helped us create timelines that were realistic. - Lyssa (especially if helping with decor) helps you fit your vision into your budget. She's a regular at all the craft stores & FB marketplace around Milwaukee and knows all their deals - if we had bought the exact same stuff ourselves without Lyssa handling it, I bet we would have paid 3x as much for the decor we used. We already recommended Lyssa to a couple friends, so we'd recommend her to you as well. P.S: her husband is a great D.J., so you potentially just checked off finding 2 vendors at once. :D”
