“You know those type A people that always seem to be on top of their game? That’s Linsey and Leah. Every time an issue popped into my head and I brought it up to them they had already taken it into account and found a solution. “Booking with Royal Event Planning was the best thing I could have done for my wedding. Brittney was amazing from start to finish! As our day of coordinator she took all the stress out and just allowed us to enjoy our day. From the moment my bridal party met her at our wedding rehearsal they told me she was exactly what we needed. She does not play and we loved it! You need someone who cares about your wedding going perfectly just as much or more than you do and that’s what we got with Brittney. She got write to work and pulled information and materials together like we had been working together all year. I was able to full unplug which was the best gift of all. “Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! “Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I truly couldn’t imagine how the day would have went without her. She gave me peace of mind, comfort, and support that made me feel extremely take care of on the most important day of my life.”

“I cannot recommend Joey enough! From our very first phone call, I could tell how genuine she was and how much she truly loves what she does. I instantly felt a connection with her, and after that conversation, I knew she was the perfect person to bring my wedding vision to life. I hired Joey as my coordinator, florist, and designer (yes, she can do it all!) and she exceeded every expectation. From the day I booked her until my wedding day, she was incredibly communicative and was always just a text or email away. As a Type A bride who wanted every detail planned well in advance, having someone so organized, responsive, and reassuring meant everything to me! Whenever I started to feel stressed, she was always there to calm my nerves and remind me that everything would come together and it absolutely did! We had multiple meetings, including several in person, where she took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned. As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!”

“Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!”
