Founded in 2017 Oak and Lace was conceived with one principle in mind, create lasting connections that are embodied in the images we are entrusted to preserve. Our focus is on preserving some of the most breathtaking moments fueled by natural events. Oak and Lace has a very engaging style towards our photography and cinematography that prioritizes each couple's personal and unique expression. Our style can be described as a timeless elegance with a strength in the fine arts – every aspect of our work is tailored towards each couple as we aim to showcase the innate beauty they possess and the love story they have to share.

Any photographer can take a great image! Cameras have become much better and one can truly learn to be a good photographer. What sets us apart is the human connection (we take breathtaking photos as well) however, we truly believe in treating our clients like friends and their families the same as well! This attitude creates a stress-free atmosphere for our clients who can just focus on enjoying their day.

    Professionalism

    We’re so in Love, with the photos that Marco from Oak and Lace took of our wedding. From his portfolio we figured we’d get something pretty nice, but were thrilled by what actually came out. Marcovanny is an incredible photographer everything about the process was amazing. He’s upfront and very straightforward, he takes his time to understand what you’re looking for and how to create shots that are authentically you. Not only did he play an integral role in keeping our wedding on schedule during the planning phase. He displayed professionalism while remaining down to earth and putting our group at ease like a pro. We’d recommend him to anyone looking for a brilliant photographer with a keen eye and a great sense of humor. “YOU WILL NOT BE disappointed.” We will be using him for family photos that we need. —- Linda & Shooby

Oh YES! a standard liability insurance citing that anything happens on our end, or weather that would qualify as an “act of God” or “natural disaster” in insurance terms happens, you’ll be fully refunded for what you’ve paid for. Unfortunately, one of the risks of hiring an uninsured nonprofessional is that if the unthinkable happens, your payment is not protected.
Besides being a fully insured LLC, in the unfortunate event that we are unable to cover your wedding we have a few contingencies in place. We have formed very strong relationships with trusted photographers and have a strong network of professionals that can "cover" our assignments in the unlikely were to occur.
We have been booked to cover weddings as short of 3 months notice - we don't judge! If we are available and we are the right fit for you; we will be there when you need us!
Yes we do! We value our team and having multiple eyes for weddings is always recommended!
Definitely. You will be magazine ready! All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. We also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening.
Yes! we do offer cinematography with included drone coverage as well!
We have a turnaround of 4-6 weeks for photos and 60-90 days for video work. In some cases, we do send out sneak peaks a few days after the wedding day and for our brides who need the photos in a hurry we have a rush order option as well.
Depending on the collection you select the amount of images varies, typically it is 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. Number of guests, venue type, covid restrictions are all factor to consider.
Certainly, if you have compiled a list of shots you would love to have replicated - send them our way. We are confident that we can deliver a beautiful experience for you and your family with or without a shot list!

Yes we do! We love to travel and have been to some great countries capturing love stories; from Jamaica, Colombia, Bahamas, Haiti and Panama to name a few.
Oak and Lace serves both New York and Boston without travel fees. We are fortunate to have a great team of photographers, videographers, stylists and set designers to help serve our clients and their families.
