There is only one wedding per day.
400 guests for a sit-down dinner (tables of 12) with music & dancing can be accommodated comfortably in the Terrace Room.
Yes, if you are having your reception at OHEKA. If the weather permits then the ceremony can be held outside in the Formal Gardens. If there is inclement weather the ceremony will be moved indoors.
The rental fee reserves designated areas of the estate for exclusive use and enables the estate to host only one wedding a day.

We are here seven days a week. Times of appointments vary from day to day and are based on availability. Please keep in mind that weekend appointments book fast and there is a waiting list every weekend. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you call to reschedule so that someone else may be able to see the estate.
Yes, depending on availability.
You may speak with our Executive Chef to discuss your changes or additions. Some changes & upgrades may require an additional fee. You will be notified of any additional fees in writing.
Yes. Simply inform your Banquet Manager of your needs when you are planning your menu.
Yes, wedding cakes from our Classic Elegance Collection Book are included. You may also upgrade your wedding cake by meeting with our Executive Pastry Chef to create a custom design or simply choose from our Sculpted Dreams Collection Book. Upgrade charges apply.
Yes, but they must get approved to work at OHEKA for your event and they must meet all the insurance requirements. There will also be a $500 approval fee.
Yes, but all candles must be enclosed and have something underneath them to catch the wax. There are some restricted areas. Please refer to your contract for details.
Yes, the Hotel at OHEKA has 34 guestrooms and suites situated on the upper floors of the estate. Buyouts and special group rates of 10 or more are also available.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. the next morning.
If the guestroom or suite is available an early check-in and a late check-out may be possible. Additional fees may apply.
Yes, a bridal suite is included for the bride and groom the night of the wedding at OHEKA.
Yes. There is a beautiful Dressing Room for the Bride and the Bridal Party to get ready.
Yes, there is an attendant for the bride and the groom.
Yes. OHEKA's Hotel Manager will work with you on all breakfast options.
Yes. The Hotel Manager will go over all the Breakfast options available for you and your guests.
Yes, but they must arrive through the entrance at East Gate Drive. See Directions for Buses.
Yes, but they must be kept in a cage in the guestrooms and on a leash when being walked in an area designated by OHEKA. There is a cleaning fee of $200.00. Unfortunately, pets cannot be on the main floor where food is served. Other fees and restrictions apply. An agreement must be signed prior to the day of the event which can be obtained at the front desk.
Yes. There are on-site wheelchairs, an elevator, and handicap restrooms as well as a handicap friendly guestroom.
