Best Day at the Best Venue
From the moment we booked Pavilion at Sunken Meadow until the very end of our wedding day, and day after with pick up, the entire team exceeded every expectation. Sabrina was the BEST. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, always answering our questions quickly and making everything feel so easy. Her communication and attention to detail gave me much peace of mind and she truly kept me sane. On our wedding day, Anthony was absolutely amazing. The fact that he came back specifically for our special day meant so much to us, and he made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We never had to worry about a thing because he was always one step ahead. And Henry too! He is a great addition to the Pavilion family. Angela was the best bridal attendant we could have asked for. She was attentive, kind, and always there whenever I needed anything. She kept the drinks flowing and always with a smile. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making the beachfront setting even more breathtaking. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. I’ll be looking back at pictures from our wedding day for the foreseeable future and everyone raved about how cool the venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun our wedding was. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding so unforgettable!!!

Perfect Venue!
The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow was a perfect venue for us! We knew we wanted something a little bit unique as a venue, and this was it! We were able to have our ceremony on the boardwalk and then guests were able to move around on the boardwalk and the beach throughout the night. We also loved that we were able to have our band and dancing in one room with dinner in the other. There is a lot of space to utilize however you want, so we used the outside areas for our guestbook signing, a photobooth, and a glassware engraver. We also got super lucky with a sunset too! They were very accommodating with any requests that we had prior to the day, and made sure that we were taken care of throughout our day. Everytime myself or my husband turned around someone from the Pavilion was making sure we were fed, had a drink or needed anything! Tarek, Henry and Anthony were extremely attentive throughout the night. Our guests were raving about the cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and midnight snacks. We also added the hotdog cart for an exit station and ended up adding passed desserts which we loved! Just a note that this venue is being taken over by a new company so I’m not sure what changes are being made!

We had the most perfect day! We trusted everyone starting with Tarek, Anthony and Sabrina! Everyone was wonderful and so attentive throughout the whole planning process up until our special day! Thanks so much! Anthony, you were incredible! My family is still talking about you!

Most Gorgeous Wedding Venue
We had such an incredible experience at the The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views that made the entire event feel so special from start to finish. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and warmth did not go unnoticed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it.

Amazing Venue with Flexible Planning
The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and friendly in all of our communications. Their team was so helpful in customizing the event to our specific needs, like problem solving the layout with our extra guests and ice cream truck, as well as letting us change the menu to incorporate more Asian-inspired dishes. The overall vibe was relaxed and fun on top of everything there was the beautiful backdrop of the beach and the sunset. We were even able to DIY our own dessert and boba bar, which all of our guests raved about. Everyone on staff was so nice and really went above and beyond to make our special day even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow to any couple planning their wedding!
