We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue or better experience from start to finish. The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow is a stunning event space and the food was amazing! Our guests are still raving about the food and the entire experience! The Pavilion offered the exact vibe we were looking for. From the moment I walked in and met Sabrina, I knew this is where I wanted my wedding and Sabrina is who I wanted to work with. She was warm, accommodating, incredibly communicative and so supportive throughout the entire planning process. We had some specific requests for our wedding day and everyone was so willing to accommodate our wishes and make sure our every detail was taken care of. As our wedding date got closer, we met our Maître d’ Henry and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He was professional, attentive and made sure everything went exactly as we had hoped. One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was how wonderfully they cared for my mother who has specific dietary needs and health concerns. She was looked after the entire evening, which gave me such peace of mind and allowed me truly enjoy my day. And then there was Angela, my bridal attendant, who was absolutely incredible! from the moment I arrived, she made sure I was comfortable, taken care of and somehow always managed to make sure I had a drink in my hand! She seemed to know what I needed even before I even did! Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. I truly couldn’t ask for a better wedding day. The entire team at the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow went above and beyond to make our celebration everything we dreamed it would be. Highly recommend the Pavilion for anyone looking for a beautiful venue, great food and a team that genuinely cares about their couples.

Amazing Wedding at the Pavilion
Overall a great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful, many times going the extra mile to make sure everything was in order and responding to our wants and needs. A few of the things that we had brought to the venue went unused or unopened which wasn't ideal considering we had spent money on these things. We should have emphasized this a little more to the venue prior to the event so that's what I would recommend to anyone who decides to have their wedding at this beautiful place. Thank you to Tarek, Henry, Sabrina, Angela and the rest of the staff for an unforgettable day

Perfect Venue
Everything from start to finish at Pavilion at Sunken Meadow was perfect. Tarek & Sabrina were great with helping us create the vision for our wedding day and answering all of our questions. Even though we were under the guest minimum Tarek worked with us to recommend some enhancements that were really going to stand out to our guests and he was 100% right. Henry was our matre de for the day and was so great about bringing all of our decor to life, keeping everything on schedule and getting everyone to where they needed to be. Everything ran SO smoothly. Stephanie was our bridal attendant and was FANTASTIC. She was right by our side ready to grab my bouquet during pictures or help me with my dress when it was giving me issues or grab drinks for us when our hands were empty. The bartenders were incredible helping bring our signature cocktails to life and having drinks ready to go whenever we were nearby and the food was far and away the most talked about part of our wedding in the best way possible. The lobster station & sushi bar were massive hits at the cocktail hour, the dinner everyone loved their food (vegans & vegetarians included), and the ice cream truck & sliders to go were the best way to cap off the night. We absolutely loved our wedding at Sunken Meadow and appreciate everyone who made it such a memorable and special day for us!

Best Day at the Best Venue
From the moment we booked Pavilion at Sunken Meadow until the very end of our wedding day, and day after with pick up, the entire team exceeded every expectation. Sabrina was the BEST. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, always answering our questions quickly and making everything feel so easy. Her communication and attention to detail gave me much peace of mind and she truly kept me sane. On our wedding day, Anthony was absolutely amazing. The fact that he came back specifically for our special day meant so much to us, and he made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We never had to worry about a thing because he was always one step ahead. And Henry too! He is a great addition to the Pavilion family. Angela was the best bridal attendant we could have asked for. She was attentive, kind, and always there whenever I needed anything. She kept the drinks flowing and always with a smile. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making the beachfront setting even more breathtaking. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. I’ll be looking back at pictures from our wedding day for the foreseeable future and everyone raved about how cool the venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun our wedding was. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding so unforgettable!!!
