Lush gardens and landscaped patios await you and your guests for an unforgettable ceremony. Hold your vows outdoors along the grounds and take in the smell of beautiful flowers. While your guests await your arrival, they’ll be able to listen to the majestic sounds of the watermill. After your ceremony, you may make your way to the ballroom. The event space holds up to 400 guests for events of all types. The handcrafted ballroom has recently been renovated and is known to turns heads. Every corner exudes elegance and the chandeliers make a statement. Shining cherry-wood floors await your guests and their dance moves.

Everything done at Watermill Caterers is done with the utmost sophistication. Your guests will have access to fine china and sparkling votive candles. Their white glove service means every meal is delivered with class. Menus are customizable to match your specifications and dietary needs. In addition, you catering can be enhanced with specialty bars like tequila flights, hot dog carts, donut walls, or other exit stations.

Beautiful Grounds and Amazing Food
From the moment we saw the outdoor ceremony space, we knew The Watermill made the top of our list. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and on how good the food was. In particular, the cocktail hour food got the most compliments. The team was great to work with, though there were some miscommunications as we got passed along from person to person getting closer to our wedding. One person would say they had frames for our signature drinks sign so we didn't need to get any while the next person said they didn't supply that. We were also of the understanding that we wouldn't be seeing any other party when we arrived, but there was another group out on the patio when we went to do our first look. I found out after that there was another party that was supposed to have left, but they didn't yet. Still, the team made sure to usher everyone away so we could have our space for our first look and we didn't see anyone other than our own party for the rest of the night. I have to give kudos to the team for stepping up when we had a medical emergency. Someone in my family needed medical attention during the reception (he was okay!) and even though my husband and most of his wedding party were medics, the staff was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. Once we knew everyone was okay, Nick was very helpful in getting us back on track and getting us back in party mode. I appreciate him staying calm in that situation and making sure everything else kept running smoothly. Elaine was amazing. Every time I turned around she was there asking if I needed anything to drink, making sure I had food and was a huge comfort. I've heard that most couples don't get to eat at their own weddings and we had the complete opposite experience. Between her and my day-of coordinator, I felt so taken care of and truly appreciated everything. A DIY girl, I also made our centerpieces which did require some assembly. Shout out to the team for setting everything up the way I imagined and for helping us to have our nerdy wedding. I also appreciated that Nick got in on the fun with a Harry Potter tie clip to go with some of our centerpieces. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Watermill Caterers. I would just advise taking notes and staying on top of communication leading up to the big day.

We had our wedding at Watermill Caterers and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the staff was attentive to every detail—not just for us and our parents, but for our entire bridal party and guests too. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the food was incredible. The entire Watermill staff worked seamlessly throughout the night, so anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. If you're looking for a place to get married, Watermill should be at the top of your list.

Wedding Of Our Dreams
From the moment my now-husband and I stepped foot into the Watermill, we knew it was the one. We had toured two other venues—both beautiful—but the instant I walked in, I felt in my heart and gut that this was where our fairytale wedding would come to life, and I was absolutely right. The venue is breathtaking inside and out, and the staff are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. Everyone treated us like family. We booked with Rob, who immediately made us feel we were in the best hands. That warmth extended to everyone—from Mary at the front desk to Maria and Lorraine, who helped coordinate every detail. Anytime we had a question, the team was quick to help and always went above and beyond. The morning of the wedding was hectic, but the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Sean, Olivia, Francesca, and Dom—and instantly felt calm. Sean, our maître d’, was exceptional. His reassuring presence made all the difference, especially when the weather threatened our outdoor ceremony. He handled everything seamlessly and kept us informed without ever making us feel rushed. His goal was to give us the best day of our lives, and he absolutely delivered. Our captain, Dom, was incredible. He anticipated every need and even packed up all our untouched reception food so we could enjoy it later. His attentiveness was unmatched. Our bridal attendants, Olivia and Francesca, were absolute angels. Olivia helped with my veil, bustled my dress in record time, kept me hydrated, and always found me with a drink in hand. She guided us with so much patience and kindness. Francesca was equally wonderful—always right there, fixing my dress, bringing water, and anticipating anything I might need. I didn’t have to lift a finger all day. Our families couldn’t stop raving about all four—Sean, Dom, Olivia, and Francesca. Everyone said it was the best service they had ever experienced at a wedding. And if the staff weren’t enough, the food and ambiance were just as incredible. Cocktail hour alone blew everyone away—Latin, Mediterranean, Italian, a bacon bar, a butcher block, and endless passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner offered nine entrée options, and dessert included pastries and cookies at every table. Everything was phenomenal. Our guests are still talking nonstop about how perfect everything was—from the décor to the food to the outstanding service. I wish I could relive the entire day. Rob was right—at the Watermill, you are truly in the best hands!
