Lead Photographer

My photography career started in 2016 by illegally sneaking into music venues. Which led me to being hired to shoot live music, tour with bands, travel the U.S, and learning how to capture chaos, movement, and emotion in real time. Music was my passion, and motion was my language. So what's my favorite part of your day? The reception, always the reception. The lights go low, the music turns up, and people let go. I’m based in Boston, MA and photograph all weddings and all love. LGBTQ+ friendly, party-forward and here for the moments that matter.

What sets me apart is my background in live music photography. I spent time photographing fast, unpredictable environments, dark rooms, moving subjects, no second chances. That trained me to anticipate moments, work instinctively, and stay calm when things get chaotic. I am a staff photographer for the NE Free Jacks (Major League Rugby) Working with the team leaves me 200% ready for all the groomsmen, yes we are lifting the groom! At weddings this means I am prepared to document it all, posed, unposed and everything else. From 7am hair and makeup to when the uncles start breaking it down on the dancefloor, I’m there and fully in it with you.

Coverage is planned around the scale and rhythm of your day, allowing space for real interactions, candid moments, and the in-between scenes that often become the most meaningful images.

    As a gay couple, we were a bit nervous about finding the right photographer for our wedding day. But from the moment we connected with For. Weddings Photography, our worries melted away. Kelty's communication style was instant, very friendly, down-to-earth, accepting, and non-judgmental - exactly what we needed. Her previous experience working with other LGBTQ couples also put us at ease. When we saw the gorgeous photos Kelty captured, we were blown away. At our wedding there was no awkward posing, she knew exactly what she was doing. Kelty and her excellent second shooter were able to beautifully document so many special moments between us and so many of our family members laughing and dancing! The uncles on the dancefloor is something money cant buy, absolutely priceless family memories. When we got the album we were so emotional, we now have as a gorgeous coffee table book. We're seriously just so grateful to have these images to cherish forever. Kelty delivered the photos in just 3 weeks, which was another amazing gift, because we were on the last day of our honeymoon. We can't recommend her and her team enough.

    Kelty was an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about our photos. On the wedding day, she was calm, organized, and somehow everywhere at once. She was sooo great at capturing all the big moments and the little, in-between ones we didn’t even realize were happening.
