After graduating from college in the middle of 2020, a very uncertain year for us all, we decided that there was no better time to pursue our passions and open a food truck. With Nate’s experience in restaurants over the years and Charlie’s baking expertise we are able to create a fresh and home-style sandwich that you can’t find anywhere else.

She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she attained a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management. Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, & Restaurant Associates.

I finally decided to share my love and passion for making pizza with everyone around me through my mobile business.
