    Simply the BEST!

    Chef Cat, the food, and the excellent service was commented upon by guests and vendors alike! Comments included: *Food was perfectly seasoned and dressed. Flavorful and cooked perfectly! *Best wedding food I ever had! *Chef made it easy - pivoted with changes in timing just 20 minutes before the ceremony was to start, to accommodate late relatives. Bringing grazing table foods back in and then setting then out again - amazing *When we 1st discussed the Chef catering the wedding, she said her main job was to help make sure everything was perfect and keep stress away from couple and family - which she absolutely did! *From pre-planning to menu selection to bold flavors and special family/ cultural foods, Cat provided suggestions and solutions. Everything was “no worries.” *Cat responded to every email, text and call in a timely manner. Chef Cat is a consummate professional and remained calm and focused throughout the event. *We wanted flavorful foods and she delivered in every way! *Cat and her staff “stayed calm and carried on” at all times. Excellent job by all!!
