AMAZING!!!

I actually don't know if I can put together a review that would accurately describe how excellent Shale Hill was for our wedding reception. The food was incredible & Brianne was so helpful throughout the whole entire process. Highly recommend.

Shale Hill is THE BEST!

We could not have been happier with our experience with Shale Hill Events. My husband and I were fairly clueless at the start and Brianne immediately put us at ease and helped us plan out our wedding day, ensuring zero stress and a wonderful day. Brianne met with us several times to discuss food, timing, what she amd her team would need from our venue, and was very helpful working within our budget. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Brianne and her staff set up everything wonderfully and our guests absolutely loved the staff. The food was truly incredible!! I had multiple guests tell me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding, and we could not agree more! From the passed hors d-oeuvres all the way to the late night bites, the food was melt-in-your mouth delicious and we were so happy with how everything turned out. If you want amazing food, incredible service, and a stress-free day, I cannot recommended Brianne and the staff of Shale Hill Events highly enough!!

We can’t thank Shale Hill Events enough for making our tented backyard wedding absolutely perfect. I worked closely with Brianne, who was our point person throughout the planning process. Her expertise, warmth, and organization made such a difference—she truly took the time to understand our vision and helped bring it to life with ease and care. On the day of the wedding, Lisa from the Shale Hill Events team was onsite and was an absolute rockstar. She managed the staff with calm confidence, handled the behind-the-scenes logistics, and worked closely with our planner to make sure everything stayed on schedule—so that we could be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress. I don’t think we looked at the time once all day, which speaks volumes about how smoothly everything flowed. From vendor suggestions to layout logistics to all the tiny touches that made the day feel personal, the entire Shale Hill Events team went above and beyond. It truly felt like we had a trusted friend in our corner the entire way through. Our guests are still raving about how magical the celebration was. And the food!! The food was absolutely phenomenal—beautifully presented, thoughtfully curated, and delicious. Thank you, Shale Hill Events, for helping create a day that was beautiful, meaningful, and completely unforgettable.

Amazing Wedding Catering!

My wife and I had our wedding at Oz Farm with Shale Hill catering and couldn’t be happier. The food was fantastic, with many of our guests commenting on how delicious everything was. We want to thank everyone involved for making our special day such a memorable experience.

We hired Shale Hill for our wedding and could not be happier with that choice. We worked with Brianne during the planning process, who went above and beyond our expectations by providing suggestions, scouting out the venue, and helping us organize the event.
