    Excellent Chef and Caterer

    Simply Hailee has catered numerous events for us, including a birthday party for our son, a 20 person rehearsal dinner, and a 70 person fundraiser for our small business. Her and the staff are professional, friendly, and best of all the food is amazing. We highly recommend Simply Hailee.

Yes, our event minimum is $85 for all weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We can customize menus as best as possible to meet any sort of dietary restrictions or allergies.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 8 months in advance.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over the final venue and wedding logistics. This can be done in person or virtually.
We serve all five boroughs in Manhattan but charge a delivery fee for Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. We have also been known to travel to different parts of the country with travel + accommodations being provided by client.
