Her love of shape, color, and texture led her first to fashion and eventually back to flowers.

She graduated from SUNY Purchase College with an MFA in Visual Arts, and received her BFA from Maine College of Art. Bringing a background in fine arts, an understanding of color theory, balance and form to floral design has become an important medium for her creative process.
