VIVIAN PANG is a boutique custom-service wedding & events design company servicing New York City and its surrounding areas. We provide unsurpassed creative floral designs that combines the aesthetic influences of Visual Art elements, nature's grooves, and always, your story. The unique personal touches that are crafted into every design, our catered à la carte sustainable floral services we offer at friendly rates, and our pride in being an LGBTQ+ and an inclusive & welcoming vendor, are what draws our clients. We're deeply passionate in creating whole-hearted floral experiences that convey what words alone cannot.

Every special occasion is unique from one another and we make sure that your event will have that special VIP touch by listening to your vision and providing you with our professional advice and creative input. Currently, we only book one event at a time to best assure each event has our full attention and takes top priority. When you book with VIVIAN PANG, you get Vivian herself. She will consult, plan, and design so that your vision is not lost or watered down in translation. We pour our heart and soul into every single detail. Vivian designed, delivered, and installed beautiful greenery installations for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful, and she even helped us work out floor plans and worked with our budget. She went above and beyond to add little detailed touches throughout the space, too. Our guests kept commenting how beautiful the space looked…she helped make 26 Bridge into an whimsical urban wonderland!

Working with Vivian and her team was truly a blessing. From the first call she was such a professional but also fun to speak with. She provided so much insight into the floral wedding industry and planning process. She worked with me endlessly as I made multiple changes and additions over the last few months of the planning process. She did not hesitate to take my wants/needs/budget into account which was amazing. Her team did a wonderful job setting up and the flowers were better than I could have ever dreamed. She created a dreamy white wonderland and brightened up the room with all her creations. Everyone was so impressed and speechless by the beauty of the centerscapes, bouquets, arch, etc. Had the best time working with Vivian and would 11 out of 10 recommend her to everyone. Will be thinking about her beautiful work for years to come!

During our wedding planning process, my now husband and I did not want to settle when choosing our florist. We had a specific vision for our wedding day florals and wanted to ensure the person we hired could execute. Upon finding Vivian, we knew we found our perfect match! She took the time to hear all of our ideas, asked questions to determine what we liked and didn't like, and used that information to create a digital mock-up of our space that allowed us to "see" our venue with florals ahead of our big day. We were excited when we saw the digital mock-up, but were truly blown away when we saw our venue decorated with her designs on our wedding day. Vivian was such a pleasure to work with and our big day would not have been as special as it was without her. Her designs and floral arrangements made our venue feel magical, and my husband and I know that regardless of the space she's asked to work in, you will get the Vivian Pang Experience and see her creative genius come to life!

It’s never too early to get in touch, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For ex.: Have you booked your wedding venue and listed out general flower items you might need such the number of bouquets and boutonnieres? Generally, our couples reach out 8-12+ months before the event. Please keep in mind that the complexity of the floral requirements and our date availabilities play into when you might want to reach out. Usually, our couples reach out as soon as they book their venue/photographer.

Yes! We offer rental options such as vases and candle holders and simple ceremony aisle runners/silk table runners. We also work closely with third party event rental companies & can help make light suggestions in complementing table linens and napkins but if you're in need of a design consultant that can help create an overall plan that's cohesive with your flowers, VP can provide that as well. If you already have a planner for your wedding, we're collaboration friendly and will follow their lead and offer our floral expertise.

We believe in creating truly bespoke floral creations that are tailor-made to our clients' vision, budget, and botanical requirements therefore we do not offer cookie-cutter packages. We believe every occasion is worth beautifying and conveying what words cannot so we encourage you to reach out to see if we can be a perfect match! We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within and surrounding NYC. We have a local event delivery/onsite setup only fee starting at $500. Breakdowns are factored in as an extra charge depending on the amount/size of items and total hours our team needs to be of service. Breakdown fees generally range from $500-$1,500. Every event is unique in its requirements and rates will not be the same for all--transparency & honesty is key!
