VIVIAN PANG is a boutique custom-service wedding & events design company servicing New York City and its surrounding areas. We provide unsurpassed creative floral designs that combines the aesthetic influences of Visual Art elements, nature's grooves, and always, your story. The unique personal touches that are crafted into every design, our catered à la carte sustainable floral services we offer at friendly rates, and our pride in being an LGBTQ+ and an inclusive & welcoming vendor, are what draws our clients. We're deeply passionate in creating whole-hearted floral experiences that convey what words alone cannot.
Every special occasion is unique from one another and we make sure that your event will have that special VIP touch by listening to your vision and providing you with our professional advice and creative input. Currently, we only book one event at a time to best assure each event has our full attention and takes top priority. When you book with VIVIAN PANG, you get Vivian herself. She will consult, plan, and design so that your vision is not lost or watered down in translation. We pour our heart and soul into every single detail. Working with the right design professional is paramount and we're exceptional at what we do.

1. Budget–Minded & Solution-Focused
Price$5,000
You want to keep a tight flower budget and are in need of solutions. Budgets tend to fall around $5k to $7k. This option might work for you if: 1. Your event takes place in 1 main location. 2. Your event requires design, delivery & setup with no breakdowns and 3. All on-site work only requires 2 consecutive hours or less.
- Streamlined designs for +/- 100 guests
- One focal area in need of light on-site styling
- 1-2 Key digital design mockups as determined by VP
- Flowers for Ceremony, Reception and Personals.
2. Few Ideas & Flexible
Price$7,500
You have ideas of what you want and a flexible budget & vision. Budgets typically fall around $7.5k to $9.5k. This option might be for you if: 1. Your event might take place in 1-2 spaces. 2. Your event requires design, delivery, setup, installation & breakdown services. 3. Logistical changeovers if any will happen mostly within 1 main venue
- Smart & resourceful designs for +/- 200 guests or
- impactful designs w/ some heft for +/- 120 guests.
- 2-3 Key 2-D & 3-D renderings can be provided
- Florals & decor: Ceremony, Reception & Personals
3. Vision-Focused
Price$9,500
You know what you want & would like to create something epic together. Budgets start at $9.5k and can run up depending on chosen botanicals, type of designs required, and the overall quantity of items/labor & logistics involved. This option might work for you if: 1. Your event might take place in 1-2 venues with logistical shifts in between. 2. You require design, delivery, setup, styling, installation & breakdown services.
- We can focus on 1-2 main installs and
- create beautiful designs for +/- 200 guests
- 3-5 Key 2-D/3-D renderings can be provided

Omakase Flower Experience™
Price$1,120
Taking inspiration from the Omakase ordering system, VP has crafted the Omakase-style Flower Experience. This experience is streamlined with intimate event solutions for those who simply want to leave it up to the Artist to select seasonal floral ingredients inspired by the client’s communicated preferences. The Omakase-style Flower Experience is a more hands-off approach for those prone to decision fatigue but still craves for an organic and non-conforming flower process.
- $800 Minimum Total Flower Order
- Design Fee 20% of Order Subtotal (auto applied)
- Delivery & Setup Fee 30% of Order Subtotal
- Delivery Drop-off Only Fee 20% of Order Subtotal
- NYS Sales Tax 8.875% of Total Balance
- Light styling can be accommodated, please inquire.
- Full Installs and Breakdowns are NOT accommodated
- Max. delivery range is 35 miles from Manhattan, NY
- $4 per additional mile beyond max. delivery range

Absolutely stunning!
Vivian is absolutely amazing - I had so many scattered ideas, but Vivian was able to expertly bring all my thoughts to life. From the first call I knew Vivian would do everything to absolute perfection. I’ve seen her work, especially with hanging greenery and immediately knew I needed her for my wedding. I wanted hanging drapes which Vivian kindly and transparently explained she hadn’t done before, but just speaking to her, I knew she would be able to get it done - AND SHE HAD IT DONE BEAUTIFULLY. The guests could not stop telling us about how beautiful the florals were, and the sweetheart table is absolutely gorgeous. The way Vivian is able to imagine and transform the space is so special. I provided her with some photos of what I was looking for and she created this amazing mock-up to help me picture what the space would look like. She’s so helpful in terms of working with your budget, and undoubtedly made me feel so comfortable being able to bounce ideas back and forth. I also really appreciate the way she was able to repurpose items and bouquets from the ceremony. The wedding looked so romantic and dreamy, I don’t think I’ll be able to stop thinking about the florals for awhile. Vivian is just such a joy to work with and you can tell how much she loves what she does. I can’t recommend Vivian and her team enough!

Vivian’s review Vivian was a dream to work with — a visionary who has the chops to execute beyond our wildest dreams! She was the first vendor we reached out to when planning our wedding because we knew that we wanted the florals to be one of our major investments for our big day. I was already a fan of her work, especially her corporate clients, as those arrangements were especially elegant, sculptural, and elevated — the exact vibes we wanted for our wedding day. During our planning call, Vivian and I immediately connected on the ambience my husband and I wanted to curate for our wedding. She offered wonderful recommendations on where we should splurge and save regarding botanicals, and even came up with a unique floor plan for our reception. Vivian also suggested decorations that we could source ourselves to save money on day-of rentals. On our wedding day, the staff at 501 Union told us that they’d never seen our layout in the venue before and that it was the most beautiful the space had ever looked! In fact, when they shared video clips on social media, many of their other brides liked and commented that they wanted to copy Vivian’s floor plan too! Our friends and family were completely in awe of the floral arrangements during our ceremony and reception, sharing that they looked luxe and opulent. Vivian smartly repurposed arrangements between the two spaces, maximizing impact without increasing costs. Most of our guests took the flowers home with them once the celebrations ended, and shared that they looked fresh even a week after our wedding. I can’t recommend Vivian enough — BOOK HER TO GUARANTEE AN INCOMPARABLE FLORAL EXPERIENCE!
A Dreamy, Romantic Vision Perfectly Executed
Vivian from Vivian Pang Floral Creative brought our floral dreams to life and then some. We wanted something romantic with a touch of whimsy and Afro-Caribbean influence, and she absolutely nailed it. My bouquet was stunning…a literal dream. The tablescapes were pure magic. What impressed me most was Vivian’s creative vision. She took time to really understand our vibe and worked seamlessly with our planner to design something that felt unique and deeply personal. The way she incorporated coconut shells and cocoa beans into the decor was such a thoughtful, unexpected touch that tied everything together beautifully. Every detail felt intentional and artful. Vivian doesn’t just create floral arrangements she creates experiences. I can’t recommend her enough.
