Firecracker Floral Design

Founded in 2018, Firecracker Floral Design specializes in floral and botanical event styling in the greater New York City area. With an emphasis on locally sourced material and seasonally available flowers, Firecracker Floral Design's sustainably driven wedding and event arrangement styling is rooted in a passion for the natural world of plants and flora. Each client is unique, and Firecracker Floral strives to work closely with couples in the interest of best expressing the singularity of their event. Together, we develop fully customized tablescapes, personal florals, and space decor that is meaningful.

My design aesthetic is the product of an education in visual arts and work experience in floral design and urban landscaping. There is something sentimental in celebrating life's big moments with living materials. And, with an eye towards the future, whenever possible Firecracker Floral's arrangements incorporate live plants. All plants are sourced from Long Island based nurseries and growers. When using cut blooms and the design allows, I incorporate seasonal flowers that are locally available at farmers markets, grown by me, and foraged.
