“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

Andrea is quick to reply and follow up, thorough with her information, and flexible and willing to work with you on whatever you can dream up (Metallic to walk down the aisle-no problem!). The song list is so extensive that we had no problem finding what we wanted and actually had a hard time deciding because we had so many choices! The musicians were professional and delivered exactly what we wanted….and they sounded phenomenal! Our guests raved about the ceremony and cocktail hour music and had a blast trying to guess the songs (we had a lot of rock/pop music included) being played by the string quartet. Our only sadness is that we got pulled away during the cocktail hour for an emergency and didn’t get to hear more of their beautiful music or thank them personally. “The best decision you can make for your wedding (besides your soon to be spouse!) is to hire Hector. We bought one of the packages with music, lights, and photo booth. All I heard throughout the night was “I love every song!” Or “this is my favorite song!” I was worried that no one would be dancing and the floor was packed all night. We didn’t want the dancing to end. Not to mention that the photos from the photo booth were amazing, lots of great props. I had no idea how weddings work - schedule, timetables, etc. Hector patiently explained what should be done when, helped with music selections for cocktail hour and dinner, kept us on schedule all night, and overall was a really fun addition to the party. His online system is really easy to use. Also, I felt that he went above and beyond the call of DJ, seeing as my dress caught on the door as I’m about to walk down the aisle and have no hands free. He was there fixing it before anyone could notice what happened. He handled every curve ball With ease and minimal stress for me - like changing dates due to Covid, caterers setting up tables where the photo booth was to go, forecast of pouring rain for our outdoor wedding, etc etc. I was stressed out enough and I can’t describe how helpful it was to be working with someone who minimized stressful situations or took care of things without me even knowing about them. Our band, LPE Snapshot was incredible and our ceremony musicians were amazing too! The vocalists were high energy and kept the whole event moving. They were great Emcess and they even added some special non-traditional reception activities for us. They were super flexible and played all the songs we asked for- even some very “niche” tracks we asked for during the ceremony. So many of my guests said the band was their favorite part of the reception. I highly recommend LPE entertainment! (I am also a musician myself so I’m very picky!)”

Whether it be mainstream or alternative music, there will be dancing (and singing) ensuring your celebration is unforgettable. During the preparation process before the wedding, he fully understood our busy schedules and proactively reached out to us about any areas where we were lacking, allowing us to prepare accordingly. He communicated thoroughly with us about the general feel of the music we wanted, creating a wedding atmosphere that we absolutely loved. Whether you have specific requests for the wedding atmosphere or prefer a smooth, no-frills execution, Kevin fits perfectly and will do his best to assist with the wedding. 2. Right after our wedding, friends who attended and were about to get married asked for Kevin's playlist because the dance party atmosphere was fantastic. We only provided a general feel, and Kevin chose most of the songs. Additionally, many guests repeatedly told me how much they enjoyed the party atmosphere. 3. “Working with Scott and his band was the best decision we made on our wedding day. We had a very specific vision where we would have a jazz quartet during the cocktail hour and have the pianist and bassist play classical music during the cocktail hour. While this was an atypical setup (usually Cello and Piano), Scott's band was up to the challenge and they absolutely nailed it! I even got to get up and sing a Sinatra standard, and play a tune on trumpet with the cocktail band to my now wife! What great energy the group had, they welcomed me in with open arms and smiles, and we really couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!”
