“Hannah helped us Floridians plan my son and his fiancés wedding this past Labor Day weekend in Colorado. We had already booked our accommodations at Grand Lodge Peak 7 in Breckenridge but didn’t realize even a year in advance that a venue would be hard to find. Even though we had a small intimate group of 28 it still required a lot of logistics that we found hard to organize being remote. Enter Hannah who worked with us to find a venue, shuttles, wedding cake baker, flowers, etc etc. she took a lot of the stress away even at the last minute when weather looked iffy. Calmed us down and was with us all the way from rehearsal dinner to reception. She was an angel.”

Forget Me Knot Weddings

“We hired Kristin as our month-of coordinator for our 85 person wedding at the Grand Hyatt Vail in July 2025. From the very first phone call, Kristin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.”

“Hiring Jessica as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We did all of the planning ourselves and didn’t think we needed a day of coordinator, but we are so happy we changed our minds! We DIY’d all of our decor, and Jessica set it all up beautifully. As the bride, one of my biggest fears was getting overwhelmed before the wedding with questions and problems, but Jessica was able to handle everything. She managed all our vendors, answered any questions that came up, and made sure everything ran on time. She found solutions for issues we didn’t even think of like moving our appetizer table inside due to the heat and making sure guests sat towards the front during the ceremony. Everything went so smoothly, my husband and I were completely stress free on our wedding day. Jessica played a huge role in making it the best day of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to her!”

“Jaylynn is the most incredible wedding planner and person. Jaylynn truly is a professional, an artist, a visionary, and expert in all things wedding. She was truly the best decision that we made in the wedding planning. If you don't read any further than this, just know that you need to hire her for your wedding. In our early planning phases, we thought we could do it alone. But we quickly became stressed and overwhelmed with so many options and open questions. We interviewed Jaylynn and immediately fell in love with her warm and positive energy. It was an easy decision. Within a few months of working with Jaylynn, we found all of our amazing vendors. Our DJ, photo booth, hairstylist and baker came from Jaylynn. On our own, it would have taken months to find. With Jaylynn, it was a breeze. She introduced us to DJ Miss Haze, who is the most incredible DJ, and Nicole Bendig-Lamb, who made the most delicious cake. She also introduced us to Guiding Mountain Lion Dance, who gave us an unforgettable performance. These vendors were not only great at their craft, but also wonderful and kind people. Leading up to the wedding, Jaylynn resolved so many problems for us. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were. “We had the absolute pleasure of working with A Touch of Bliss for our day-of wedding coordinator. We got married 10/3/25 at Arrowhead Golf Course in Littleton. Katie Deming was our planner and we absolutely could not have done it without her and her day-of assistant, Sarah!!! Katie was incredibly communicative for the 3 months leading up to our big day. She was organized, quick, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. No question was too dumb, no request was too ridiculous. “Maddy was the day of coordinator for our wedding in July at Windy Point Campground. It is a super DIY venue and Maddy was on point for setup and helped with tear down, as well as help with timeline and prep calls leading up to the wedding. She was great at figuring things out in the fly, and even ran out to grab things for us as needed throughout the night! “The very best part of our entire wedding experience was Patricia. I honestly don’t even know if words can do justice to who she is and what she did for us. I have never met someone so hardworking, caring, and genuinely passionate about their work. We had a complex situation: an out of state wedding, with a ceremony in Colorado Springs on a Friday and our reception in Denver on a Saturday — Dawn met with us at both locations before the event & worked so well with our vendors to pull off everything smoothly.
