Hannah is an artist at heart & loves being able to showcase what makes you, well you! Hearing your story & building a display of your affection for your family & friends to enjoy is Hannah's favorite part about being a wedding planner. With a background in social work, it is also important for her to ensure & respect any social, cultural or family needs. Hannah has worked endlessly in perfecting the art of wedding planning & is looking forward to the opportunity to work with you.
We became New West by incorporating the old western magic of the Rocky Mountains with the modern touches that truly encapsulate who the couple are together. We specialize in destination weddings and take pride in celebrating the true essence of your pure love. If you are looking for a way to incorporate a modern yet western style into you wedding, you are in the right place. There is nothing more serene than the quiet of the mountains. Hire New West!
From our first conversation with Hannah at New West Weddings & Events, we knew we had found our planner. She communicated with us in a way that was clear and honest, never sugar-coating the tough decisions but always showing genuine care for what we wanted. Hannah walked us through every detail with patience and expertise, and by our wedding day, she felt like a dear friend rather than just our vendor. The real test came when one of our guests went into labor during the reception—Hannah handled the entire situation so smoothly that we didn't even realize it happened until after the wedding ended. Her calm presence and ability to problem-solve on the fly were truly heroic. We cannot recommend her enough; Hannah made our day feel effortless and special.

Magical Wedding Coordinating
Working with Hannah was an absolute pleasure. Their communication style was collaborative, attentive, engaged, concise, and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process and day of!! The quality of Hannah’s work and value was flawless. She provided a calm presence and was highly communicative, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the night. Hannah was incredibly helpful, from decorating to vendor coordination to MC-ing the event. She made sure we started our perfect night with a drink in hand and reminded our guests to sign the guest book after dinner (we can’t wait to hear the audio guest book)! Hannah was so attentive to our needs and the perfect wedding coordinator. I couldn't be any happier with the service provided by New West Weddings & Events!

Breckenridge Copper Mountain Wedding
Hannah helped us Floridians plan my son and his fiancés wedding this past Labor Day weekend in Colorado. We had already booked our accommodations at Grand Lodge Peak 7 in Breckenridge but didn’t realize even a year in advance that a venue would be hard to find. Even though we had a small intimate group of 28 it still required a lot of logistics that we found hard to organize being remote. Enter Hannah who worked with us to find a venue, shuttles, wedding cake baker, flowers, etc etc. she took a lot of the stress away even at the last minute when weather looked iffy. Calmed us down and was with us all the way from rehearsal dinner to reception. She was an angel.

Smooth Sailing!
Hannah and the team at New West Weddings supported us every step of the way throughout our wedding planning journey. From offering expert advice to managing logistics and sharing helpful resources, they played a key role in making our big day everything we hoped for. Hannah was incredibly approachable and responsive, assisting us in so many ways during the months leading up to the event. We brought her on as our weekend coordinator, which included organizing both our Welcome Party and the wedding itself. She also provided a team for setup and teardown—everyone was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. An added bonus was her extensive collection of wedding decor, which we were able to choose from to help bring our vision to life. On the wedding day, Hannah was on site from early morning until late at night, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy the celebration without any stress. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing—and would absolutely choose to work with Hannah again in a heartbeat!

Hannah and New West are the best!
Hannah is so awesome! In the weeks and months leading to our wedding day, she was super helpful making sure we were ready for all the big and little details going into it. We honestly couldn't have imagined it possible for an event with so many people and moving parts to be such a stress free experience for my wife and I, but somehow she made it happen, from coordinating with vendors, to making sure we had every little thing we needed throughout the day. Seriously just the best day and weekend ever. Can't say enough good things about Hannah and her team!
