With 10 years of event planning experience, Hannah takes immense pride in the small touches that are required in creating the most memorable day for you. Hannah is an artist at heart & loves being able to showcase what makes you, well you! Hearing your story & building a display of your affection for your family & friends to enjoy is Hannah's favorite part about being a wedding planner. With a background in social work, it is also important for her to ensure & respect any social, cultural or family needs. Hannah has worked endlessly in perfecting the art of wedding planning & is looking forward to the opportunity to work with you.

We became New West by incorporating the old western magic of the Rocky Mountains with the modern touches that truly encapsulate who the couple are together. We specialize in destination weddings and take pride in celebrating the true essence of your pure love. If you are looking for a way to incorporate a modern yet western style into you wedding, you are in the right place. There is nothing more serene than the quiet of the mountains.     Hannah at New West was an invaluable addition to our wedding! We hired Hannah as a day-of coordinator but her services include several calls and numerous emails leading up to our big to help keep our planning on track. Hannah was not only professional but friendly and so sweet to work with! On our big day, Hannah helped all activities run smoothly and kept us on schedule in a calm manner! I would highly recommend Hannah and New West!

    Hannah and her crew were INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about how amazing Hannah is. We hired her for a 3 month period leading up to our wedding. However, we booked her about 6 months in advance and she was very helpful with any random questions I had even prior to the start of her 'contract'. She is so sweet but also very very focused, diligent, organized and takes her job very seriously while still being an extremely warm and comforting presence through all the stressful times. She kept me calm cool and collected, helped quide me through the planning process, and just gave me so much peace of mind. I am telling you, our wedding would have not been nearly as perfect or beautiful without her help. Our day pretty much went off without a single flaw and I owe pretty much all of that to Hannah. Also, DIY is NOT my thing but I also didn't want to spend too much on decorations. Well listen here, Hannah has a whole storage locker of beautiful decorations that she lets you chose from to decorate your wedding spaces! I can't tell you how grateful I was for that extra icing on the cake that she provides for her brides & grooms. Hannah knows what she is doing and is very experienced. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will make your day beautiful and wonderful. Once your day comes, you won't have to worry about a single thing. She's got you.

    Working with New West Weddings & Events was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we first met with Hannah, we felt comforted by her direct and confident communication style. She was incredibly efficient, organized, flexible, and professional throughout the entire planning process. Hannah ran our rehearsal seamlessly, helping everyone involved feel comfortable with their roles. She went above and beyond by meeting with us multiple times months in advance, confirming details with all our vendors, and sharing detailed tracking sheets to organize our timeline, bridal party, and decor. Hannah managed everything behind the scenes, and if there were any issues, we never even knew about them unless absolutely necessary.
