“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“I was absolutely blown away by my wedding florals provided by Lady Bird Lusk! They were so beautiful and completely exceeded my expectations in every way! My only regret is not preserving my bouquet after the wedding so I could keep it forever. From the first time I talked to Ysabella on the phone it was clear she understood my vision and was able to make a mood board for me that was exactly what I had in mind. She was willing to do a few calls with me over the year of planning as I wanted to change and add things. She helped me think through how to make a large brick wall behind our head table more beautiful since it would be a focal point. She had the idea of trying out a floral frame over the table along with the string lights and hanging greenery that I wanted on the wall. I actually didn't know what to except and when I saw it I was truly in love with how stunning it looked. All of the bud vase florals were clearly so carefully hand picked and unique. The Arch at our ceremony was also stunning and matched our moody vibe perfectly. What makes it even better is Lady Bird Lusk was about half as expensive as some of the other quotes I received for flowers! She really is absolutely amazing at making your vision come to life and making it better than you even envisioned. Plus she's so sweet and fun to work with. Highly reccommend!”

Neither of us knows much about flowers, and we were honestly a bit overwhelmed at the thought of having to figure out floral design. But Sam made the process feel so easy and approachable. She met us exactly where we were. We knew we wanted something simple, elegant, and cost-conscious, and she delivered on every front without ever making us feel like we had to compromise on beauty or vision. Sam never made us feel pressured to “reinvent the wheel,” and instead helped us create something that felt natural, timeless, and just right for us. The communication was clear and low-stress from start to finish, and the end result completely exceeded our expectations. Her design boards and proposals were gorgeous, and she was so prompt and professional in updating them with feedback. I really struggled with the design aspect of wedding planning and trying to pick colors and articulate what I liked. Serena was so kind and patient and really good at deciphering what I was trying to say, always offering to hop on a call or talk more. She even managed to incorporate a lily that I was not sure I was a big fan of but that was really important to my husband in a way that was so dreamy and beautiful. The florals were absolutely gorgeous, and she had great ideas for repurposing them and making sure they were utilized in the various spaces in our venue seamlessly.”
