Party Pretzel staff are extremely detailed oriented and love a minute-by-minute timeline, but also understand that the day needs to flow and feel effortless - sometimes the timeline has to go! Our number one priority is to make sure our couples have the best day ever.

Includes: Up to 12 hours of staff assistance on wedding day, 6 months of unlimited consultations via text and email, 5 meetings, and one venue walk-through. Hiring Brett and The Party Pretzel team was the best decision that we made through the wedding planning process. We opted to go with a partial planning package and worked directly with Brett for 6 months leading up to our wedding at North Star Gatherings in June. Brett not only made the wedding planning process fun nut used her years of experience to set us up for success. She provided intentional recommendations that were within our budget and that she trusted fully, which resulted in a truly out of this world wedding day. Brett became not just our wedding planner but a dear friend along the way. My husband and I got off of every call with her and said how supported we felt and how thankful we were to be on this journey with her. Wedding planning includes so many emotions and Brett truly put us at ease from 6 months out to 6 days out. As we got closer to the wedding itself - Brett handled all communication with our vendors and made sure timelines and all needs were met. On our wedding day Brett and Kaitlyn executed our day beyond our wildest dreams. It was perfect in every way. A wedding is truly a team effort but Kaitlyn and Brett made sure that we were taken care of and assured me many times "we have time, enjoy the moment." I don't think there are enough words to describe the support we felt through our wedding planning process. If you are considering a planner - do it. It's worth every. single. penny. Working with Brett and the Party Pretzel team blew our expectations out of the water. We love you guys!!

My wife and I used Brett / The Party Pretzel for our wedding this past May, and we absolutely could not be happier that we chose her! Brett was SO easy (and fun!) to work with the entire time, from our first intro call before officially hiring her through our big day and beyond. She was so thorough and had thought of all the things leading up to our big day, as well as handled mostly all of the vendor correspondence, taking a huge amount of stress off our plate. The day of was flawless, where she catered to us all day making sure the day was exactly how we hoped, and any small inconvenience was tended to immediately. Our day flowed so smoothly overall and was so perfect, and I have zero doubt that Brett played a HUGE part in that being the case. 10/10 experience across the board, and we will happily recommend Brett to anyone and everyone with a wedding coming up! Thanks Brett!!!

Our wedding was what it was because of the Party Pretzel. From the beginning stages of planning, to the minute by minute breakdown the weeks before, to the day after follow up- they had everything covered. Brett was the ultimate resource- when so many of the decisions in front of you are something you've never dealt with before- she had our back and was always able to guide us. There was no question too small, she always gave us undivided attention. I genuinely miss how often we got to chat, because she is such a warm, caring, and witty individual. I cannot recommend Brett and her team enough, you'll literally feel like you're planning a wedding with your closest friend.

The best decision you will make in your wedding planning process is hiring the Party Pretzel as your coordinator! Brett and her team truly went above and beyond in helping to make sure our wedding day was seamless and the dream we had envisioned! Not only did Brett make it so much less stressful for me, she made it enjoyable for us. Honestly, I felt like I was working with a close friend whom I had known for years. She is so easy to talk to and so good at what she does. I went into our wedding day knowing that no matter what happened....it would be fine because we had Brett there to handle it! We cannot recommend Brett and the Party Pretzel enough!!!

Brett began managing communications and PR for a large professional cycling event in 2013 and quickly grew a passion for events. Having never run more than 4miles in her life, she found herself then working operations and tech management in the endurance sports industry for 7 years. After countless marathons, triathlons, non-profit fundraisers, and even a few beer festivals, Brett launched Party Pretzel from a side-hustle to a full-time gig in 2023 and is so excited to have a renewed and energized focus on weddings and events.

Based on our staffing availability, a day-of coordinator will be assigned based on your style, needs, and venue requirements. You will be connected with your day-of lead early in the planning process.

Our team will be intimately involved in your plans from the start of your contract date, which is dependent on your package selection. However, we are always available to answer questions via email, and provide many resources to help throughout the planning process!

Our seasonal schedule is based on staff availability and location. In most cases, we do not take more than one wedding per weekend, however we may accept more than one event per weekend and do this at our discretion.
