I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends. Where do I begin??? Working with Jasmine made such a difference for our big day! First, Jasmine does such a great job of asking questions to make sure she understands your needs and your vision. She knows SO MUCH about event planning that she helped us think about/make decisions about things I didn't even realize we needed to do! Second, she's very professional but also kind. You can tell that she wants your wedding to be amazing and she also provides emotional support when needed. Finally, she does an amazing job with day of logistics. I was really able to enjoy the day knowing she is taking care of everything. After the wedding, I found out there was an issue with the caterer but Jasmine took care of it. She made sure that I wasn't bothered or stressed about it and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend working with Jasmine. Having her coordinate allows you and your family and friends to enjoy the day and not be bogged down in coordinating.

We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.
