Monica is a certified wedding planner through The CWP Society — the world's premier wedding industry organization for memberships and certifications. For the past four wedding seasons, Monica worked as the venue manager and lead planner of a premier wedding venue in Northeast Ohio. She gained valuable experience working over 250 weddings. She was apart of weddings of all types, from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. Through this, Monica developed a strong passion for managing the crucial details that must come together to produce a flawless event.
Monica prides herself on her aptitude for quick thinking and attention to detail, while ensuring enjoyment on your special day! Monica’s extensive experience set the foundation for creating MTM Weddings and Events. Monica looks forward to working with couples throughout the Midwest and to continue to develop meaningful relationships with fellow vendors to elevate your unforgettable wedding or event!

This service includes securing your perfect venue, finding an all-star vendor team, fine-tuning your guest list, and working with you during every meeting, step, and decision to materialize the wedding of your dreams! | Partial planning gives you support and guidance for six months leading up to your wedding date. It provides the support you need so you can take a step back and be confident that all the details are coming together. You will benefit from assistance with budget management, website advisement, R.S.V.P tracking, vendor meetings, payment reminders, design board, individualized tasks, speciality reminders, and more! | Beginning 90 days prior to your wedding date, our wedding wedding coordination services gives you the extra assistance to ensure all the details are in place for your big day. This service includes vendor communication and confirmation, timeline creation and management, layout creation and finalization, and rehearsal coordination. On your wedding day, MTM will handle all the details, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day! |

Best Planner To Have On Your Team
I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Monica many times while bartending at the same weddings, and she is consistently one of the best planners in the industry. As a vendor, I appreciate how productive and organized she is; she ensures the timeline flows perfectly, which makes everyone’s job easier. She has an incredible eye for detail and ensures the setup is flawless. Beyond her professional skills, she is kind and easy to talk to, and if I ever needed anything or had questions, she was sure to accommodate or find answers.
