Lead Planner/Coordinator

Hello. My name is Stacy Henry. I left my job of 18 years in 2018 to pursue my passion in wedding and events. After receiving my Certificate from US Career Institute in 2019, I started working for an individually owned catering business as a Catering Coordinator. I was able to work closely with wedding parties to plan and coordinate their menu. Since then, I have advanced my knowledge and experience working as a server for other catering businesses. I didn't want my knowledge to end there so I got a job creating floral arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières. The best hands on experience has been as a Venue Coordinator for 4 years.

What sets me apart from other coordinators/planners is my extensive knowledge in several services offered by other vendors and the ability to understand their needs also. It makes for a smooth set up with less stress when you know how they operate and their expectations. Also, I can offer several services that you would typically have to hire another vendor to complete. I have floral, balloon, candles, decorations, etc. packages you can purchase without having to research or rely on other vendors.

    From games to food I could not ask for a better baby shower. Stacy is such a great person to work with. My baby’s first birthday is coming up and she will definitely be the one I go to again for planning such a special day for our family. She is organized and on top of everything. She knows how to make a special day memorable.

    I've known the owner, Stacy, for a long time, and she has assisted with and planned many of the major events for my family over the years (eg, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, etc.). She has lots of experience in the event planning industry, especially weddings, with additional knowledge and training in flower arranging, decor and table setting, balloon arches, bartending, catering, and dessert tables and cake decorating. She is a very down-to-earth person who can create sensible solutions for your event that won't break your bank! She will take the time to get to know you and your wants/needs to personalize every single detail and make sure your event is enjoyable and memorable for your guests. You won't be disappointed!

    Stacy truly helped plan and execute the most magical day. She went out of her way by always staying in communication, helping brainstorm ideas for yard games & a s’mores station at the venue, as well as took the time to meet in person to help plan our wedding. She had plenty of decor options for our centerpieces. Day of the wedding she arrived early to help with finishing touches and was always around to help a stressed bride. I would recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding
