Working with Audrey Weddings & Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her communication style is detailed, responsive, and trustworthy, which put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. Audrey is truly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, ensuring that every aspect of our special day ran smoothly. Audrey helped create a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors when they arrived. Additionally, Audrey took care of all the questions that came up on the day, allowing my husband and I to simply enjoy ourselves and soak in every moment. We asked Audrey to help with my sons wedding about a month before the actual wedding day. She looked over all the plans, met with the wedding couple and was there from rehearsal until after the wedding. She organized everything, was willing to do anything needed including parking cars, straightening the chairs and giving pointers where needed. The day of the wedding, she kept us to the timeline and made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying this special day. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Audrey Stevens is truly one of the best in the business. I had the pleasure of working with her during my time as the Venue Sales Coordinator at the Biltwell, and I’ve always admired her incredible organization, calm presence, and unmatched attention to detail. When it came to my own big day—at the Biltwell, no less—I knew without a doubt that I wanted Audrey by my side.
