The State of Indiana requires a Food Handlers license to be a cottage baker. I do have a food handlers license as required.
No, delivery is additional.
It does not, however, tastings are $30 for 4 cupcake flavors/buttercream flavors.
Absolutely, I am happy to take some of your favorite designs and create your very own master piece. Just as a note, I do not try to replicate others work.
