Bringing my passion to life, I specialize in made-from-scratch desserts. I’m a home-based Vendor in Noblesville, IN where small businesses are the heart of our community! I opened in 2017 as part time and took it on full time during the pandemic, after having my daughter.
I strive to make each cake unique to each couple. I only take a very limited number of Wedding cakes per weekend to be able to focus on each order. Everything is made from scratch, including any edible decor! Not only do I deliver a high-quality product, but deliver a memorable experience to match any wedding style or theme!

Disappointed
Taylor knew from the beginning that it would be a longer commute and a Saturday brunch wedding. I paid extra for delivery and set up. When I messaged a month out to confirm the wedding, Taylor said she needed to deliver on Friday night and asked if she could use fridge space at our venue. No fridge space was written into our contract but I checked anyways. Nope. She proceeded to call my hotel to try and deliver there. She didn't really explain the plan but the general gist was that I'd have to deliver the cake to my venue the morning of my wedding and set it up. The hotel said no. So she paid a courier to get the cake there. This courier showed up like 10 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, told my coordinator that she wasn't part of the bakery and didn't know how to set up and left. The cake itself was still frozen when we tried to eat it and fairly flavorless. It was difficult to cut. It was better that night when it'd be unfrozen. Most of the cake was uneaten. It was not money well spent.
Response from vendor•Jan 26, 2026Hi Emily! I’m sorry your expectations weren’t met and this put the coordinator in a bind on your big day! This is not how I want my business to be represented or believed to be. I can assure you that all my delivery drivers are under a contract with my business and not outsourced/random couriers. All my contracted deliver drivers know how to set up and fix any cake/dessert issues if needed. I’m not sure what had occurred as I was told everything went smoothly. I will be speaking with this individual. When communicating, I did let you know the week of that your cake would be delivered the morning of- before the start of the event. I’m not sure how the cake could’ve been frozen, as I put it together that morning prior to it being delivered. I apologize that it wasn’t up to your standards. Please email me to discuss further! We had Taylor do cake and cupcakes for our wedding, communication was great and cake got rave reviews! We also had her do a semi-last minute cupcakes for my dad's retirement party and they were perfect :)

Tay's Sweet Shop was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. The quality of their work was amazing - the wedding cake and desserts they provided were a true crowd pleaser and looked absolutely beautiful. The sweet element they added to our special day was truly memorable, and our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. Last Minute Request
We hired Tay’s Sweet Shop very last minute and was so thankful that they were able to accommodate! We had a simple two-tier cake as well as five dozen cupcakes. The guests raved about how moist and flavorful the cupcake cupcakes were. The cake was for us and the wedding party only. If you’re looking for a bakery, I recommend working with Taylor. She was very sweet and was able to answer all my crazy questions. I was very impressed with her ability to squeeze us in last minute!
