I'm a fun loving + candid inspired lifestyle photographer in Louisville, Kentucky who believes you deserve photos that look and feel like you. Working with me is like a hanging out with a close friend... I just happen to have my camera along for the ride!

I'm not afraid to make a fool of myself to help you laugh and relax. While we're joking and jamming to an awesome playlist, I'll capture your real + honest moments. (PS- I’m also a professional ballerina, so I know all the angles to make you look your absolute best.)

    We hired Shelby for our wedding in June 2022 and we can't say enough good things. Her work is absolutely stunning! She really understood what we wanted out of our wedding photos and captured our day perfectly! We planned our wedding from out of state - and she took the time to meet with us over video chat to discuss everything and even did a walk through of the venue with us the week before our wedding. She was incredibly professional and worked with us on a timeline to get all of the photos we wanted. We received our full album quickly, and were blown away by all of her work. On top of that, Shelby was a positive and calming presence to have with us all day. She made us both immediately feel comfortable - which is part of the reason why I think the photos turned out so, so beautifully. She's wonderful and you should hire her!

    Shelby was amazing! From our conversations before the wedding to the moment we all tiredly stepped on the trolley to leave the reception, Shelby was friendly, supportive, and brought a little extra light to everyone. Shelby was organized and gave us advice leading up to the wedding. She told us exactly what she needed from us and when. Shelby was with us all day on the wedding day and helped keep us calm and having fun. Most importantly, she is such an excellent photographer. She gets you to relax and be yourself while she’s capturing the most incredible images. She got the whole family to really smile and enjoy their experience while we did family photos, and throughout the wedding and reception. She caught all of the moments we requested and all of the little details. We cannot thank Shelby enough for capturing our precious memories so beautifully! And for being an absolutely delight throughout the process.

    My, now, husband and I decided to elope while we were visiting friends in Louisville for a week in September. They knew Shelby because she had done their newborn/family photos. Shelby was great from the beginning to the end of the whole process - which needless to say, was pretty whirlwind! We signed a contract with her on Tuesday for the ceremony that was happening on Friday. When we met her at the ceremony location she immediately made both, Jim and I, feel at ease. She was very relaxed and her direction was great. She did everything she could to make us feel at ease in a very public setting. We got married on the Big Four Bridge. The sun was setting and it was perfect. After a quick ceremony she asked us what song we wanted to dance our first dance to and then put it on via a portable speaker. She snapped away while my partner and I were able to relax and take in the moment with each other. Needless to say she helped make a special day even more wonderful! She got us a preview of our pictures later that night. All of the pictures look amazing. I can't say enough about how great Shelby is. You should definitely hire her for any and all of your events. Her photos are stunning, her professionalism is perfect, her calm demeanor helps even the most camera-shy person relax - I couldn't have asked for a better photographer!
