My husband and I have worked with Lauren for our engagement, pregnancy announcement, maternity, and newborn pictures. She has captured some of our most important and special moments in our lives. She has always been so easy to work with, great at communicating, and has captured all of my visions perfectly. We have always been super comfortable with her and the photo shoots have felt very natural. I will always cherish the pictures we have and am so grateful for her.

We had such an amazing experience with Lauren! Our picture gallery is more beautiful than we even imagined it could be! Not only were the pictures worth every dollar spent, Lauren also had an assistant photographer with her, named Jana, that saved our day in so many ways! Not only did Lauren assist us with taking beautiful pictures, she helped with dress issues as well! Jana saved the day not only fixing one of my flower girl's dresses, but after the wedding was over, I found out one of my husband's button fell off of his suit jacket and she literally hand sewed it back on for him! They were very professional, we really enjoyed our time spent with them and I cannot recommend Lauren enough for wedding photography! They truly made our day even more special and I cannot wait to share our photos with everyone!

I want to begin my review with a story. When we started planning our wedding, there were a few things we knew we wouldn't compromise on. Having had my own photography business several years ago, the photography was one of the most important things to me for our wedding. As such, it was the second item I contracted, after the venue, about a year in advance of the wedding. Fast forward to about 4.5 months before the wedding, and the photographer I had hired had a medical emergency and tells me they will be unable to photograph our wedding. I was panicking. This photographer gave me some recommendations for other photographers with a similar editing style to theirs. This is how I found Lauren. I emailed her immediately and explained the situation. She responded very quickly and said she had our date open. We arranged a call and the rest is history. I tell this story because photographers often have a set number of weddings they will take on a year because of the amount of work that weddings demand. I appreciate that Lauren was able to make time for us in her schedule, and it did not impact the quality or timeliness of the final delivered product. Now, on to some personality things. I'm an awkward nerd. Social things are difficult for me sometimes. Being social with Lauren was easy. I often have to "mask" in social situations but did not feel that kind of pressure with Lauren. She also has cats and cats are great so that's an automatic plus in my book. All of that to say, if you're a quirky bride, Lauren's your girl. Now, for the photography. I love Lauren's editing style. I'm not a "light and airy" kind of girl. And sometimes, "dark and moody" gets too dark, and too moody. I like that Lauren edits with vibrant colors and contrast and maintains a true-to-life white balance. There's a lot of depth. We've gotten a lot of compliments on our photos with regard to the colors specifically. Lauren is also good at composition and posing. I'm really happy with how our photos turned out. She delivered our photos in a timely manner, too and was receptive to any questions I had. Lauren also corrals large groups of people like a pro. She handled the group portraits for the wedding party and the family like a pro. Lauren is a great photographer. You should hire her. Lauren truly saved the day for us. After our original wedding photos did not turn out the way we hoped, she stepped in and gave us a second chance to capture the moments we missed. She helped us recreate the experience at our original venue months later and made sure my husband and I finally had the solo portraits we never received on our wedding day. She understood exactly how I wanted to look and feel in my dress and guided us with confidence and professionalism. The final images are stunning. The backgrounds are beautiful, the quality is exceptional, and every photo feels intentional. I did not have my original bouquet, and Lauren thoughtfully created one for me using flowers from her own garden. That level of care meant so much to me. She is organized, calm, and easy to work with. She listens and brings your vision to life. I only wish I had hired her from the start. I highly recommend her to any couple looking for meaningful, high quality wedding photography.

Photography and Design by Lauren was great to work with. Lauren was very professional and the photos turned out really nicely. The package was great value and the prints I ordered were beautiful. She got INCREDIBLE sunset beauty shots as well as really lovely candids from the dancefloor, which I had told her was a priority. I also had told her that previous photographers I had worked with for my Covid-era ceremony had not done well with capturing darker skin tones and made everyone look washed out, and she was mindful about posing us in lighting that wouldn’t recreate that. I was happy with the experience and I even recommended her for my cousin’s wedding (whose photos were also beautiful!)
