A little about me - I'm a wife, boy mom, cat mom, avid reader, true crime enthusiast, and love live music (especially country). I stumbled into day-of coordinating after helping a few friends with their weddings, and then their friends needed help, and now here I am! I have over 20 years of experience in events and have always enjoyed weddings!

My primary goal is to create a seamless experience for everyone I work with, where partners-to-be can sit back, relax, and enjoy their special day. Weddings are one of life's most important milestones, and I have the expertise to make yours memorable with comprehensive support from start to finish.

Description

This price covers all costs associated with travel (within 30 miles from Greenwood, IN), and time off-site and on-site. Today's the Day meets with the couple ahead of the wedding, reviews contracts, helps create to-do lists for couple, provides expertise and guidance, creation of the timeline, creation of the ceremony processional, running the rehearsal (no dinner) and then on-site contact the day of the wedding.

    Loved working with Jasmine!

    Where do I begin??? Working with Jasmine made such a difference for our big day! First, Jasmine does such a great job of asking questions to make sure she understands your needs and your vision. She knows SO MUCH about event planning that she helped us think about/make decisions about things I didn't even realize we needed to do! Second, she's very professional but also kind. You can tell that she wants your wedding to be amazing and she also provides emotional support when needed. Finally, she does an amazing job with day of logistics. I was really able to enjoy the day knowing she is taking care of everything. After the wedding, I found out there was an issue with the caterer but Jasmine took care of it. She made sure that I wasn't bothered or stressed about it and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend working with Jasmine. Having her coordinate allows you and your family and friends to enjoy the day and not be bogged down in coordinating.

    Such a blessing!

    I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator for my wedding but decided to do it because I started to worry that my family and friends would not be able to enjoy the day. I am so happy that I did. Jasmine was amazing! She helped me by reviewing contracts so we knew what the vendors were and were not providing, created a to-do list to keep me on task, created our wedding timeline, ran our rehearsal, and worked alongside all the vendors on my wedding day. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding because I knew that my special day was in her hands. My family and friends and vendors all raved about how exceptional she was - HIRE HER!

No, we do not offer event planning. We are a day-of coordination service only.
No, decorating is not included; however, you can request my assistance for an add-on price of $300. This is decoration only before or after rehearsal, and does not include chairs, tables, etc. This also does not apply to weddings that are decorated before the ceremony. My primary responsibility on the wedding day is being available for you and your vendors, so decorating on the actual wedding day is not available.
Since Today's the Day is a one-person business, we do not offer full set-up and tear-down options.
Today's the Day does not handle vendor payments. We do not make it a practice to handle money and will not take on the liability. Last payments to your vendors, or tips, should be assigned to a trusted family member or friend.
Today's the Day does not charge for travel time to the venue or home to Greenwood, IN. We pay for our own gas/mileage. If the venue is 30 miles from Greenwood, IN, then a hotel reimbursement paid for by the client may be applicable.
The $1300 pays for the time that I will be spending on the phone with the couple, reviewing contracts, setting up timelines and other documents, travel time, rehearsal, and the entire wedding day. It equals out to be around $20 an hour at the end of everything, which isn't much to ensure that you have a seamless wedding.
