A little about me - I'm a wife, boy mom, cat mom, avid reader, true crime enthusiast, and love live music (especially country). I stumbled into day-of coordinating after helping a few friends with their weddings, and then their friends needed help, and now here I am! I have over 20 years of experience in events and have always enjoyed weddings!
My primary goal is to create a seamless experience for everyone I work with, where partners-to-be can sit back, relax, and enjoy their special day. Weddings are one of life's most important milestones, and I have the expertise to make yours memorable with comprehensive support from start to finish.

Highly Recommend Jasmine for a Stress-Free Wedding
We were incredibly fortunate to have Jasmine as our day-of wedding coordinator. Our wedding included a traditional Indian ceremony followed by a classic American reception, and Jasmine handled every detail with professionalism and care. She is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her experience as an Executive Assistant clearly shines through in her approach to wedding planning. She knows exactly what it takes to plan and execute a seamless event. We had only one month before our wedding and were working under very tight deadlines. From day one, Jasmine helped us get organized, created a clear plan for all the remaining tasks, and scheduled weekly check-ins to keep everything on track. She proactively communicated with our venue and vendor team whenever needed, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. Additionally, she went above and beyond to print us a seating map / chart at the eleventh hour when we did not have time or bandwidth but wanted to have a properly printed seating chart. During both the rehearsal and the wedding day, Jasmine gave 100% to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Even when we experienced some initial delays during the ceremony, she stayed calm, adapted quickly, and kept the day moving seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend Jasmine to any couple looking for a dedicated, reliable, and thoughtful wedding coordinator. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day a success, and I look forward to seeing her help many more couples create beautiful memories. Loved working with Jasmine!
Where do I begin??? Working with Jasmine made such a difference for our big day! First, Jasmine does such a great job of asking questions to make sure she understands your needs and your vision. She knows SO MUCH about event planning that she helped us think about/make decisions about things I didn't even realize we needed to do! Second, she's very professional but also kind. You can tell that she wants your wedding to be amazing and she also provides emotional support when needed. Finally, she does an amazing job with day of logistics. I was really able to enjoy the day knowing she is taking care of everything. After the wedding, I found out there was an issue with the caterer but Jasmine took care of it. She made sure that I wasn't bothered or stressed about it and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend working with Jasmine. Having her coordinate allows you and your family and friends to enjoy the day and not be bogged down in coordinating.

Such a blessing!
I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator for my wedding but decided to do it because I started to worry that my family and friends would not be able to enjoy the day. I am so happy that I did. Jasmine was amazing! She helped me by reviewing contracts so we knew what the vendors were and were not providing, created a to-do list to keep me on task, created our wedding timeline, ran our rehearsal, and worked alongside all the vendors on my wedding day. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding because I knew that my special day was in her hands. My family and friends and vendors all raved about how exceptional she was - HIRE HER!
