Partial Planning + Coordination is perfect for couples who want support throughout the planning process without full-service planning. I’ll help with vendor recommendations, venue and vendor communication, accommodations, transportation, rentals, layout, timeline creation and all the little logistics that bring your plans together. As your wedding approaches, I’ll take over the final details and coordinate your rehearsal and full wedding day.

Day-of Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to take over the logistics when the big day arrives. I’ll finalize your timeline, confirm vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, manage setup, oversee your ceremony and reception, keep everything on schedule, handle unexpected issues, and coordinate teardown. You get to celebrate with your loved ones, and enjoy your wedding day while I handle the details.
