“Delaney did such an amazing job running the show at my wedding! We had a lot of set-up that she executed for us perfectly, and some quirky timeline/vendor things that she managed really seamlessly. We had rain, which was a little stressful, but she helped keep us calm and deal with the changes in the timeline/plan that occurred as a result. She was right there when we needed her, all night, with a smile on her face. She was the perfect balance of "going with the flow" when things came up but also getting things done in an efficient and organized way. “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!”

During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
