Through calm guidance, intentional design, and seamless coordination, Joy Collective Events exists to turn stressful planning into an effortless, joy-filled experience.

At Joy Collective Events, you’re not handed off to a big team — you work directly with me, every step of the way. As a Black-owned, woman-owned planning business, I bring a deeply personal and thoughtful approach to every celebration I touch. Whether you need day-of coordination or full-service planning and design, my services are built to make your event feel calm, organized, and genuinely joyful. I believe your celebration should feel as good as it looks — and my job is to handle the details so you can be fully present and truly enjoy your day.

Includes everything in Just the Joy plus: -3-5 planning meetings, virtual or in-person -Vendor recommendations and guidance -Budget guidance and monthly check ins -Styling advice for rentals, linens, lighting and decor -Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination (additional hours may be added) -Set up and organizational guidelines for personal decor -Attendance at vendor meetings and site walkthroughs -Unlimited communication via text and email

-Review of all vendor contracts and event details -Creation of master timeline, floor plan, decor details and event flow -1 hour ceremony or event rehearsal coordination (if applicable) -Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination -Full vendor management and cueing of all major moments on event day -Main point of contact problem solving day of - Set up of decor and transitions -Unlimited communication via text and email

    Kindra was incredible to work with from start to finish. During our planning process she was thoughtful, responsive and really took the time to understand the vision we had for our wedding day. She created a detailed timeline, helped us think through logistics we never would have considered and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The day ran smoothly and any small issues that came up were handled so quickly we never even noticed.     Working with Kindra at Joy Collective Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked day of coordination but what we got was so much more. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she helped finalize our timeline, communicated with our vendors and made sure every details we had planned actually came together.
