“From beginning to end, we could not have asked for a better venue with better staff, owners, or location. The date we visited the venue we were so blown away with the offerings provided at Blenheim that when we left, we tried to find every reason not to choose that as our venue and we couldn’t. Fast forward to our wedding weekend and it made life so much easier. It spoke directly to my type A personality having everything so organized yet organic at the same time. Being able to stay on site and essentially have the venue for an entire weekend and getting to experience all components of it without having to leave the farm was so amazing especially because the venue is beautiful. The staff is amazing and who doesn’t want to be surrounded by farm animals. From top down, Blenheim is run beautifully. Min and Morten are wonderful and really made us feel special. You could tell that they truly care about their couples and making their experiences memorable. They treated us and our daughter like family. The time they’ve taken to hire the staff that they have, to keep the property so beautiful , and to offer as much as they do really made our wedding day so special. I know that they can’t control the weather, but our day was the most perfect sunny day and it made it feel like a true fairytale. I could not imagine our wedding having been anywhere else. I cannot recommend Blenheim enough. We are so grateful to Min, Morten, and their staff.”

Twelve Ponds is a 105 acre private estate wedding venue in the Catskills, where ponds, wildflower meadows, a restored farmhouse, a barn, and a stone arch look out over open hills. We host one wedding at a time, and every booking is a full-weekend buyout. The property is yours Friday through Sunday, so the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, the reception, and a slow Sunday morning by the water all happen in one place. No shared grounds, no six-hour window that rushes you through your own wedding. Couples marry in the meadow, at the pond, or at the arch depending on the season and the light. Fall brings color across the hills, and summer evenings run long and gold. Bring the caterer you love. We have a full commercial kitchen and supply all the tables, chairs, plates, glassware and cutlery for any occasion. Twelve Ponds is for couples who want a wedding weekend, not a wedding day. “The Inn at West Settlement was the perfect place for our wedding. Photos can’t even begin to capture the magic of this place. There are flowers EVERYWHERE, the mountains and trees are stunning, and the barn has such a unique charm. Kim is lovely and worked with us very well to make sure our wedding ran smoothly. The rest of the team at The Inn at West Settlement is also AMAZING. We loved working with them and just getting to know them as people. One thing to note is that communication with many of the Catskills vendors we worked with is much easier through phone calls rather than email! That was a learning curve for us - as Gen Z girls, we’re so used to doing almost all our communication via email or text. We used Kim’s recommended vendors for everything and loved every one of them. The food by Stacy was absolutely incredible, dessert (also by Stacy) was beautiful and delicious, our DJ Max (recommended by Kim) was perfect and so easy to work with, the bartending team was so fun and on top of everything, and our photographer Liz who we found through Kim’s recommendation was amazing. One of our favorite things about the weekend was getting to help make the magic happen on Friday. We all had so much fun going through the cutting garden & picking flowers for the bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. They have so many great decor items (tea light holders, frames, window panes & chalkboards for signage) in their prop room - definitely a major perk of the venue & makes for a fun day-before selecting and setting up your decor! I can’t say enough about how much we loved getting married at The Inn at West Settlement. There is something magical about this place and we are so grateful that we got to celebrate our wedding there. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!”

“We are absolutely at a loss for words to describe how incredible our wedding at Plattekill Mountain was. From the moment we pulled up to the venue, we knew this place was something truly special. The breathtaking scenery alone sets the stage for a magical day, but what really makes Plattekill stand out is the incredible team behind it. Danielle, Autumn, Shannon, Bob, and every single person we interacted with went above and beyond in ways we couldn’t have imagined. This venue is gorgeous, but it’s the staff that truly makes it shine. They are so well-polished, so professional, and yet so warm and caring at the same time. It’s clear that they’re not just in the wedding business—they’re creating memories and crafting perfect experiences with love and intention. From day one, they made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. Every little detail was handled with such care, and every suggestion they gave us made our day that much more magical. There is something undeniably special happening at Plattekill Mountain, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had our wedding there. Our friends and family are still telling us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we agree—it was the best weekend of our lives. If you're browsing venues and Plattekill has caught your eye, stop looking. This is the strongest recommendation I will ever give. Not only will you have no regrets, but it will be the most beautiful, joyful, and unforgettable day of your life. We will be forever grateful for the memories we made at Plattekill Mountain and can’t wait to return to relive the magic for years to come.”

“Yes! CHOOSE THIS VENUE!! You’ve found the right place! We are finally getting around to posting our review about the most perfect wedding venue we could have imagined! We saw Maple Shade November ‘22 when we were ‘shopping’ for a wedding venue; choosing it was a no brainer. The barn itself is unique and different than any others we have seen and it comes with everything. Dining area upstairs, separate from the cocktail hour, dancing, downstairs bar, lounge area, game room (this place has it all!). Long farm tables are gorgeous within themselves and need minimal decorations. And with the venue having SO MUCH on site, there was no need for us to order and prepare any other decor items like we would have needed at some of the ‘Blank Canvas’ barns we initially considered. The barn sits on acres and acres of land, giving you the option of where to have your ceremony, we chose right in front of the pond where our wedding party had a grand entrance from the large barn doors. MAGICAL! Enough about the venue, although we hope this paints an accurate picture! Everything you could need is there!! More importantly, Jay and Abby Wilson (owners of Maple Shade) are absolute rockstars. From our first visit and follow up phone call, we knew working together would be a breeze. They were helpful in our initial planning stages, helping us plan different details, offering extremely helpful advice. Wedding day they were like conductors of an orchestra, making sure everyone and everything were in place and running according to plan. It was PERFECT! And when uncontrollable things don’t go to plan, they had us covered! On our wedding day in late July, there was a high percentage of rain expected only during the time of our ceremony; Jay and Abby made the call that morning to put up a tent and made all the adjustments needed without causing bride and groom any extra stress… THANK GOD they did - it literally monsooned during the ceremony, like nothing we've seen before at an outdoor wedding! (Just a fluke storm rolling though). They reminded us that as a bride and groom getting married at their venue, they make the same decisions for us and our guests that they would make for their own children. They are kind and caring and so fun, and certainly know how to run a wedding venue. We respected, trusted and appreciated all their knowledge and hard work. It’s definitely not their first rodeo! As we will continue to call this day "the best day ever," we are very grateful to Jay and Abby for all of their help, attention to detail, and their ability to see and understand our vision for the most perfect wedding we could have imagined. Ps- they made a few recommendations for supplementary vendors (catering, DJ, bartenders) and all their recommendations were also HOME RUNS! It was such a smooth operation.”

“We could not have asked for a more beautiful, inclusive, and accessible venue! Knowing that the vast majority of our guests would have to fly in to our wedding, no matter where we had it, it was important to us that we had a venue we could book for the whole weekend. Combined with all of the amenities Wylder offers, it was a no-brainer. The wedding weekend would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the incredible staff, particularly Andrea and Faith. From the moment of our first phone call until we were leaving the farewell brunch, they took care of us every step of the way. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, and Wylder truly felt like our home for the weekend. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful venue (with a lovely rain/cold weather location, which we ended up using), incredible food, and great service!”

“My wife and I came to them on short notice and with a lot of stress due to the time/money expenses of planning the big day. Renee was unfailingly kind, endlessly patient and always upbeat. Putting it simply, the crew at Adena are wonderful people who are very good at their job. The day itself went off without a single hiccup. Every typical issue that we encountered - such as delays on our part, or things I forgot- was handled before I even fully aware of it. They did their jobs calmly and joyfully, and helped reassure my anxious wife (and my surprisingly anxious self). The location is absolutely beautiful, maintained expertly and decorated perfectly. Our reception was elegant and rustic, with clear views of the blue sky outside making a very pretty backdrop to celebration. The Wooded Cathedral was where we had our reception, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s dreamed of an outdoor wedding in the country. My wife and I are so happy that we switched venues to Adena. We’re thrilled that they’ve left us with these memories, and we are so happy to call the team at Adena friends. Thank you guys for helping us start a marriage on the highest possible note.”

“Everyone loved our wedding. We had so much fun swimming, boating & fishing in the lake on the days before the wedding. We not only rented the 3 cabins on the property, but we also put up glamping tents near the cabins. We had 32 people staying here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch the day after the wedding under a beautiful tent alongside the lake. It was breathtaking. My family and friends can’t stop talking about how much fun our 4 days together were. The owners are in a cabin at the back of the property, so they were there for us whenever we needed them all week.”

“My wife and I met and got engaged in the Catskill Mountains, so it was so important to us that we also got married there. We found Spillian from an online search, and my wife was instantly drawn to the place; I was skeptical. But after touring it for the first time and meeting the owners - Mark and Leigh - it was apparent this was the only place we would want to get married. At Spillian there are no rules, and intentionality is the driving force behind every decision. From the food, to the people, to the actual wedding day, if you can dream it they can accommodate it. We wanted to do our rehearsal dinner there, and they asked us what we wanted for food. I tentatively proposed a build-your-own Bahn Mi bar and Mark wrote back a delicious, detailed menu, complete with boba tea. The food was excellent, and the fact that they have some rooms for you and some guests to stay on site made it even more special. We elected to have our bridal party there and it was so nice to be able to spend some time with them before and after the wedding. We came with all of our own decorations, and our flowers were dropped off the night before, and we were nervous about getting everything set up that day. But Alex and Sam, our day-of coordinators, took care of everything and make it look even better than we had ever imagined. And when it came to the day of, we were so overwhelmed that it was hard to make snap decisions. Sam and Alex were so patient with us, and really helped guide us through the day. I can't sing their praises enough but will publicly thank them here for allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams.”

“We had the most magical and joyful wedding at Stonewall Estate!! From the very beginning of the process, Melanie and Steve were so supportive and went above and beyond to make our wedding vision a reality, from the planning process up through the wedding day! They even flipped the cocktail hour and ceremony on the day of our wedding to make the outdoor ceremony we were hoping for happen with some early rain, and all of our guests stayed dry and comfortable and all commented how amazingly our venue handled everything! We also really loved having the venue for the whole weekend as our home base and really maximizing the amount of time we were able to spend with our loved ones, from having our bridal party with us onsite at the (beautiful) estate house all weekend to having our welcome party right there onsite the night before. The actual day of our wedding went so smoothly and was so effortless on our part because of how seamlessly the venue staff work together to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We truly could not imagine having our wedding at a more beautiful place with more wonderful people, we could not recommend Stonewall Estate more highly!!”

“I saw a photo of M&D farm on google two years ago. My husband and I had our wedding at M&D this past month. We did not view any other venues and booked this venue site unseen. This venue truly spoke to us! I cannot even find the words to explain how magical our wedding weekend was. Most of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. With every single corner of this property you will find something new and special. Just when you didn’t think it could get more beautiful throughout the day, Mario and Daniel unveil yet another grand detail. Between the home they have perfectly curated, the flower beds, the secret garden, the upper gardens, the gravel throughout, the garden statues, the greenery, the barn, the pond, the fields, I could go on for days about how dreamy it feels. As you take in the the view of flowers, a breeze will follow giving your nose a chance to experience the scent of the flowers, all while the birds and the bees hum their melodies. It is straight out of the most perfect fairytale movie set you can imagine for a wedding- but it is real! Mario and Daniel’s hospitality and professionalism is unmatched. To sum it up, we had many guests tell us how helpful they were the entire day. But they made sure to say that it was the perfect amount of help, not too much and not too little. Guests told us they felt welcomed into this magical space that Mario and Daniel so happily love to share with everyone who enters. I can 100% say we have no regrets about anything because the entire day went even better than we could have imagined. Mario and Daniel are masters at what they do. Moving onto the wedding planning process. We worked with Mario and Daniel for about a year and a half. They made everything so easy and very straightforward. They were very helpful but not overbearing. One thing I would like to point out is, they have an unspoken understanding of your vision for the day. Some things I hadn’t even thought to communicate they delivered on, because they just understand the vision. I believe this is because they are very connected to each of the couples they plan with. It’s truly amazing! Regarding vendors, we used most of the vendors Mario and Daniel recommended and we are so happy we did. They work with a trusted tight-knit group of vendors because they trust and know they will deliver and bring the best energy and service to your special day. If you feel drawn to this venue, follow your heart, the magic is calling you and will exceed your expectations. Thank you Mario and Daniel for everything”

Our guest still text me about all his food. Brittany was amazing. I had last minute changes out of my control and she always found the best way to make things work! Tim the Banquet manager was always around ready to make sure it all ran smoothly. Ryan the lift operations manager kept Brittany updated on the weather day of and when it didn’t look good at the bottom he drove up to make sure he truly had say no to us going to the summit (it was 30 degrees with 45 kt winds) he and his crew opened the lift for 2 hours the next day so we could still get our summit pictures and they all had smiles on their faces. “We recently attended a wedding at L’Orangerie in Greenville, NY, and it was absolutely incredible. The entire venue felt magical from start to finish. The greenhouse was full of natural light, it created the most beautiful setting for the celebration, and the surrounding grounds were just as stunning. There are so many picturesque spots for a ceremony: near the peaceful pond, inside the greenhouse itself, or tucked among the trees. The house on-site where the wedding party got ready was gorgeous, spacious, and filled with natural light, making the whole morning feel relaxed and special. Everywhere we turned, the property offered another beautiful backdrop for photos. Since we attended in October, the fall foliage was breathtaking with vibrant oranges, reds, and golds that made the whole venue feel like something out of a storybook. L’Orangerie is truly a dream wedding venue. Every detail, from the scenery to the atmosphere, made the day unforgettable. The owners, Lucy and Felix were there too and lovely! Highly recommend!”

“Choosing to have our wedding at Camp Timber Lake was probably the single most important decision we made during the planning process. The camp setting gave us the opportunity to create something far more immersive, personal, and joyful than we had imagined, and the camp / Gatheround staff and everyone involved in the planning process gave us the ability to execute on making all our dreams come true! In the months leading up to the wedding, we worked closely with Will, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and on top of every detail. He always made time to talk through our many questions and helped accommodate some of our more unconventional requests—from having Camp Timber Lake cater our Sunday reception dinner (which we highly recommend!) to brainstorming the best locations for a nighttime game of kick the can. The camp itself is absolutely beautiful and was perfectly manicured for our arrival. There were endless activities for our guests to enjoy, and the staff placed sports equipment throughout the property so everyone could immediately jump into whatever interested them. Our guests had so much fun exploring the grounds, tossing frisbees and footballs, shooting hoops, and making the camp their own for the weekend. The staff including Reggie, Scott, Liz, Willow, Marcie, and so many others, were AMAZING. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the weekend special. Scott and Liz stayed on top of every detail, and the entire team continually went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and cared for. When one of our guests lost her phone in the dining hall after hours, the team turned the lights back on and helped her search for it. After she mentioned that she was having trouble turning on the heat in her cabin, they walked over to help, then returned 15 minutes later with brownies and ice cream for her and her cabin-mates as a nice surprise. Another favorite moment happened on the dance floor Saturday night. We had brought bubble guns but realized too late that they required batteries we didn’t have. We’d given up on using them, but when Willow (one of the camp staff) overheard a friend say, “I wish we had batteries for these bubble guns.” he went and tracked down batteries from TV remotes around the camp on his own accord and got the bubble guns working. They ended up being a huge hit! Moments like these, and so many others, made us feel completely at home and made our guests feel incredibly well cared for. The food was also outstanding. We received rave reviews about every meal. The team went out of its way to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, providing hearty vegan and vegetarian options at every meal. They even prepared a special plate every meal for my mom, who has an autoimmune disorder that prevents her from eating most spices. The team also decorated dishes with edible flowers and made everything look beautiful. For our reception dinner on the final night, they even came up with the idea of displaying leftover Boy Scout patches from one of our weekend activities along the buffet counter. It was the perfect thoughtful touch. We had multiple guests tell us that this was their favorite wedding they had ever attended, and Camp Timber Lake (and the wonderful people who run it) were a huge reason why. Thank you for giving us and our guests such a magical, joyful, and unforgettable weekend. It truly was the best weekend of our lives! Can’t recommend this wedding venue enough!”

“We had our wedding reception at Pine Ridge Farms and what a magical and unforgettable experience we had! You can see the Catskill Mountains from the property and the views are breathtaking. The owner, Ms. Gioja was truly wonderful and she made the planning process seamless for us. Which was so important, because it was my first time and she was patient and so very accommodating. It was apparent that she wanted the bride to be happy!!! She was an absolute blessing to us and her team as well! Being able to celebrate with our family and friends at a place that added such beauty and magic was what I wanted! I always say to Ms. Gioja that her place makes you feel at peace, being away from the business of this world and to be surrounded by sounds of nature. What a feeling?!
