    Working with The Perch Hotel has been a genuine pleasure from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely lovely, with thoughtful design details that make every corner Instagram-worthy for couples and their guests. Their team is responsive and collaborative, making it easy to coordinate everything from setup to breakdown. I've appreciated how they're flexible with vendors and genuinely invested in making each event successful. If you're looking for a space that combines elegance with a welcoming atmosphere, this venue deserves serious consideration.

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $35 for up to 24 hours. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
