The Barn, built in 2019, hosts 300+ guests. The Lawn overlooks the mountains and pond. The Enchanted Forest features benches, a brook, and towering pines.

Our Victorian mansion sits on 45 acres, with views of the Catskill Mountains. With 12 guest suites, The Manor can accommodate all of your family and friends! Not only can the Manor house 28 guests, but it boasts of an on-site gym, a full-service spa by appointment only, a fire pit, two decks, wifi, multiple fireplaces, central air, and more!

The Barn

Where classic charm meets modern luxury.

This high-end event venue is the pride and joy of Windham Manor. Constructed from the ground up in 2019 to hold 300+ guests, it is a space to create life-long memories inside its posts and beams. Just a few of the incredible details: climate control features a grand, stone fireplace bridal suite coat-check area indoor balcony running the perimeter of the barn outdoor balcony (for dreamy pictures overlooking the mountains!) two custom-made raw-edge wood slab bars, one inside and one outside.

    October 2025 Wedding

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at Windham Manor in the fall! The property is stunning, and the views are gorgeous, especially in the early autumn. We got married in the Enchanted Forest, had cocktail hour on the lawn, and our reception in the barn. Everything flowed seamlessly and with 110 guests, the layout was perfect. Although Windham is a small town, it’s easy for guests to find places to stay and things to explore. We did our rehearsal dinner in town and hosted our Sunday brunch at the on-site house. Susan and Barry were wonderful, checking in with us and giving us time to settle in on Thursday. They also offered a variety of decor items such as candles, vases, runners, etc., which made setting up our reception easy and stress-free. We stayed with our wedding party at the house onsite and this really helped make our weekend extra special. We loved having our wedding party with us to hang out and catch up, and to facilitate our after party. Our house manager, Karen, was incredible. She was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed. She checked in throughout the day with even small things like water, coffee, or food. She helped the weekend feel calm and effortless. From the moment we first visited, we knew Windham Manor was our number one choice and it did not disappoint!

    10/10!!!

    Windham Manor was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the start, their communication was clear, and their team was available and eager to help us throughout the planning process. The venue itself is a beautiful large barn that provided an elegant and rustic setting for our special day. They even set us up with their preferred wedding planner, Meghan Horn, who was instrumental in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful to the Windham Manor team for contributing to making our wedding day truly magical!!!! The Windham Manor is family now.

    November 2024 Bride

    Windham Manor was everything we could have wanted. Susan and Barry are amazing! We got married outside in the enchanted forest in Nov ‘24 and it was beautiful. The barn was a fantastic place to host our 200 guests for our reception. The house that you can rent right next to the barn fits 33 people and is perfect for your wedding party to stay. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and after party right at the house as well. Karen, the house manager went above and behind to assist us throughout our stay.

    Absolutely amazing Venue, Owners and Staff

    Windham Manor was hands down the most amazing wedding venue. I cannot rave about them enough! Susan and Barry were so professional, wonderful and helpful throughout the process and they truly created a dream come true wedding venue and they end up being extended family by the end of the weekend. The house managers Teri and Karen were incredible. Their kindness and attentiveness the entire weekend leading up to the big day allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend without any worries. They really have thought of every single thing you could possible want/need for your wedding and the whole team was such a pleasure to work with.

    The most beautiful day ever

    We got married at Windham Manor on 07/01/2023 and it was utterly perfect. Susan, Barry, and Terry helped make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly the entire weekend. There were so many things that they coordinated (transport around the property, folks to help set up coolers, refill ice, set up the barn, set up the ceremony site, etc.) that we never felt too overwhelmed - despite it being such a big weekend! It was a dream to get to get married there and couldn't have been more special or beautiful.
