About this venue
Our Rustic meets a modern twist, post and beam barn sits on 40+ acres of forest in the heart of Plattsburgh, New York. Located just 8 minutes from the Plattsburgh International airport PBG and minutes away from the local hotels and lodging. The barn is 6,000 sqft. and will host various events and weddings. Our venue offers an indoor/outdoor environment to create an open flow for events. With a patio area dressed in bistro lighting, fire pits and lounge seating, it is the perfect a glass of scotch sitting area. Or, grab a blanket, stick and marshmallow to roast over an open flame. There are so many options to create an indoor/ outdoor experience for your wedding or event. Inquire about our speciality bars and cocktail ideas. (S’mores bar, scotch bar, cigar bar and can-ibis bar etc.)

AMAZING
Rustic Pines was an absolute dream of a venue, thank you all SO much! From the very beginning of my wedding planning process, Steph and the Rustic Pines team really stood out. When researching and contacting venues, they were not only the only venue to reach back out same day, but also the only one that actually seemed interested in helping me achieve my dream wedding. Steph was available by text or call literally any time of day or night for random wedding questions, planning, or inspiration. She was always open and interested in what I had to suggest and was nothing but positive and encouraging every time. Some of the things that Steph did for us that made this process SO much smoother were cocktail tastings, decor trials, and she even put together all of the reception florals that I bought in bulk! She always had an answer to my questions and if she didn’t, she would find out without worry. As for the day of the wedding, Steph and the Rustic Pines team had the ceremony and reception space completely set up and decorated for us without us having to lift a finger. I was welcomed into the bridal suite with a gift, a good playlist, and mimosas ready to drink! Steph was available all morning to grab us anything we needed and even made us coffee. She welcomed and coordinated with our vendors to ensure they were set up in the proper areas and that they were ready to go. The ceremony and reception coordination went very well and was completely handled by the Rustic Pines team. Wedding planning is no easy task and I couldn’t have done it without Stephanie! Other things to note: the lawn was IMMACULATE and the entire venue makes for beautiful photos. The gravel driveway was of no concern for our guests and the rustic pines team had a golf cart for any guests who would be in need of assistance getting to the ceremony space. They were extremely accommodating to anything I may have needed and I would choose Rustic Pines over and over again!
Dream Destination Wedding
Soooo thankful to have found Rustic Pines for our destination wedding! Being from out of state we were a bit worried to be planning a wedding over 5 hours away, but Steph and her crew made it beyond easy. She was super prompt with answering any and all questions we had and took care of practically everything the day of. I received sooo many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how good the drinks were and how kind and helpful all the staff were. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough! Thank you for truly making it the best day ever!

We cannot recommend this place enough - so gorgeous, and the staff are so kind. They worked so hard to make our day special, and it certainly was. No hesitation to recommend this venue for any couple looking for a rustic paradise.

A great experience working with Steph. She was a great help. The Barn and staff made the wedding a dream, everything we wanted and more. It was unique to our dreams, so many options so beautiful. You have a beautiful barn for inside events and flow outside to again a great space to expand and incorporate into your special day. I would recommend them above all others. They stepped in and built special pieces we needed for decor. They create the visions that will provide a Dream Wedding or events. I recommend you talk to them first to see what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed but very satisfied with a great place that will give you the dreams you desire and deserve.
