The Adirondac

The most picturesque venue for the ultimate waterfront event.

The Adirondac is the newest of the two yachts and it can accommodate up to 180 for formal dining on the first deck and up to 350 for a more cocktail style. This ship features 3 decks, 2 full bars, a dance floor, updated bathrooms on every level, a bridal suite with champagne for the bride, and a glass atrium that can slide back so you’re sailing under the stars. This yacht was designed specifically for weddings for your ultimate waterfront venue!

The Horicon

The ultimate waterfront venue for an intimate event.

The Horicon is the smaller of the two ships as it can seat up to 60 for formal dining and up to 150 for a more casual event. This double deck ship features wood floors, two full bars, bathrooms on the first deck, and a glass atrium on the renovated second deck that lets in the perfect amount of light for your ceremony and allows you and your guests to dance under the stars at night.

    Welcome party and after party

    From the moment we arrived at Waterfront Hospitality Events, the staff was there to help us with everything we needed. Caroline was incredibly helpful throughout our planning process and when we had to change our plans last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, she made sure it all worked out perfectly. The venue itself is clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room for our guests to move around and enjoy themselves. The service and food were both top notch, and we could tell the team takes pride in every detail. We felt like they truly cared about making our day special, and their responsiveness to our needs made the whole experience stress-free. We can't recommend Waterfront Hospitality Events enough for couples looking for a reliable venue with a staff that goes the extra mile.

    Above and Beyond!

    We chose Waterfront Hospitality Group to host the welcome party for our daughter’s wedding, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Caroline and her team. As any parent knows, you want everything to be special when you’re celebrating your daughter’s wedding. Just two weeks before the big day, we found out that the larger boat we had rented would no longer be available due to a fire that had occurred in December. With the wedding weekend fast approaching, I was understandably concerned about how everything would come together. Caroline and her team truly went above and beyond to make it all work. We worked together to come up with an alternative plan, using a smaller boat and adding extra time on the private deck. Despite the last-minute changes, everything was beautiful, and the evening turned out wonderfully. What meant the most to me was how hard Caroline and her team worked to make sure our guests had a wonderful experience. They were accommodating, flexible, and genuinely committed to making the event special, even under challenging circumstances. Our daughter’s wedding weekend was such a meaningful milestone for our family, and Caroline and her team helped make it unforgettable. I will always appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into making our welcome party a success. I would wholeheartedly recommend Waterfront Hospitality Group to anyone planning a special event!

    AMAZING!

    We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! Clara, our coordinator, was so sweet and always on top of communication leading up to the day. She answered all of our questions quickly and gave helpful recommendations whenever we needed her opinion. On the day of the event, Clara and the entire boat staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable for us and our guests. It was such a memorable and fun way to kick off our wedding weekend—we couldn’t recommend them more!

    Dream Wedding

    We had our dream wedding reception aboard the Adirondac! The staff, decor, food and experience was one our guests are still raving about, years later. The photos are perfection... we absolutely loved this venue!!

Yes! We have a parking lot where you will board however it is first come first serve. We do reserve two spaces for each private charter.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible however we are not ADA compliant. We also have ramps where guests will board and trained staff.

We have a two-hour cruise minimum. Additional time can be purchased cruising or on our dock.
Deposits are non-refundable. Any payments made towards the final bill will be refunded as follows: Cancellation of the event before 120 days of the event date result in a 50% refund. 90 days or greater from the event date will receive a 25% refund. Any cancellation received within 90 days of the event will result in no refund given.
No, our venue is fully insured.
