I am a Vermont based Wedding Planner and have a degree in Hospitality Management and Events Management. After fifteen years in theatre and television production, Kate O’Donnell Diaz discovered a love for planning events but wanted to do so with a different approach from what other planners were taking. Kate desired to help couples cultivate weddings that truly reflected them and not just what bridal magazines, their future mother-in-law or high school frenemy said they just HAD to do. The literal and financial waste she witnessed going into weddings because of something “someone” said the couple HAD to have made Kate feel incredibly uncomfortable. Kate saw a need for a more eco-friendly approach to event planning.

I have started my business at the beginning of 2023 and so far I've had clients for my wedding planning package as well as the stationary.
