Phenomenal coordination for a magical event!
Erin of Boylston Events did day-of coordination for our wedding celebration event and she was amazing! The planning process was smooth and Erin sourced many of the items we needed, including linens, electric candles, and other ephemera. During the event, she was on top of things and made it look smooth and easy. Her coordination with our vendors before and during the event meant that the day went off without a hitch and we were able to spend all our time with guests and eachother instead of fielding questions or managing vendor coordination. Seriously, we can't recommend Erin and Boylston Events enough! She is a wizard!

Boylston Events was an exceptional wedding planning team to work with. Their communication was always prompt, detailed, and responsive, which was incredibly helpful since we live outside of Western MA. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they were thorough in their planning, created beautiful and creative designs for our special day, and provided great value for the money. They were able to accommodate our wedding being held outside of their typical Boylston rooms, and coordinated seamlessly with all of our other vendors. The Boylston team was also very friendly and flexible in meeting with us in person, which we really appreciated. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the incredible job Boylston Events did in making our wedding day so special and memorable. Sharing here some "unofficial" wedding day photos.

Peace Of Mind
Hiring Boylston Events for our off-site wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Erin and Myles were organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. They brought the same professionalism and kindness they’re known for at The Boylston Rooms, but with an incredibly personal touch. On the wedding day, they handled everything, coordinating vendors, setting up décor, keeping the timeline on track, and solving issues before we even knew they existed. Their calm energy kept us relaxed, and their attention to detail made the whole day feel seamless. Because of Erin and Myles, we were able to be fully present with our guests and actually enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing.
