Hi! My name is Shannon, and I am the owner of Aligned Events. Based in western Massachusetts, we create beautiful and meaningful weddings + events in New England and beyond. Events, design and the hospitality industry have been my passion since I was young. I have worked in this field for over 20 years, and Aligned Events began in 2018. We specialize in full logistical planning at complex event sites in addition to traditional event venues. This industry combines my love for logistics and design vision with working with amazing couples. I can't wait to hear about your vision and how we can help.

Having worked in various aspects of the industry, I understand all the complexities of making an event successful. I specialize in unique event locations but am equally at home at a traditional venue. My approach is based in authenticity and collaboration. I firmly believe your wedding should feel as good as it looks and it's my goal that you feel represented, supported, and cared for throughout this process.

Description	Our full planning services support and guide you through the entire planning process. We pair you with the right vendors after considering your vision and budget. Once we book your team, we turn to all details, both practical and beautiful - creating timelines, floor plans, design decks and more. On your wedding day you'll be fully covered with our team handling all the details - making sure all details are executed to perfection.	Our partial planning services begin the moment you sign on through the day of your wedding. There's no waiting to begin work - allowing us to support you when you need it most. Our tailored recommended vendor list guides you as you select vendors, and we're available for questions and reviews. Once you book your vendors, we dive into the details and services are very similar to full planning. All services include full day-of management.

Best Wedding Planner in the Berkshires!
Shannon is incredible. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for her. From our first inquiry call, to her wrap up emails after our wedding, she has been an invaluable resource. When we first started working together, because I wasn't sure exactly where or even when we wanted to have the wedding yet, she offered an hourly rate to help me explore and then narrow down all the possible options, so if the venue we settled on had a coordinator we wouldn't be locked into a planning contract unnecessarily. We ended up having the ceremony at Hancock Shaker Village and our reception in our backyard in Pittsfield. For over a year, Shannon help me find and narrow down all the vendors for our wedding. She has an incredible knowledge base and really understands whatever your vision is, even if you are terrible at articulating it like me. She has amazing eye for design, which was incredibly helpful when I was concerned my vision might not come together to have her expertise and reassurance to ensure it came to be. And boy did it, not only did she help me get the most incredible group of vendors together, but she made sure it all came together seamlessly. It was a stunning event and I've been reluctant to admit that it's over! I was grateful for her in the months leading up to the wedding, but the comfort and relief I felt when we left our house on the Friday, knowing everything would be ready and stunning when we arrived on Saturday was priceless. I would recommend Shannon to any and everyone planning a wedding the Berkshires and beyond!

Where to even begin?! Shannon is simply the best there is -- organized, talented, warm, understanding, detail-oriented, calm, fun...we could go on forever! Every single step of the way, Shannon empowered us to create a wedding that truly felt like us, and she did everything in her power to help make it happen. She thought of things we literally never would have thought of, and approached wedding planning with the perfect balance of collaboration and decisiveness. Planning a wedding is hard, and Shannon just brought this sense of light, joy, and warmth that reminded us of our "why" and helped us stay true to ourselves. We're so grateful to have found Shannon.
