Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. I also specialize in gluten and dairy free. I will cater to any flavor or design of your choice. Cake tastings are also available
I feel my work speaks for itself, I can craft tangy key lime pies, fondant-coated cookies, or truffle-like cake pops. And when it comes to my wondrous wedding cakes, I am all systems go, using the finest ingredients to create luscious layered cakes that come in a range of flavors. Above and beyond!
We are so happy to have chosen Sugar Crystles to provide our wedding desserts. My husband has several food allergies and Crystle was able to provide an entire spread of allergen-free desserts that were a complete hit with not just him, but all of our guests. Her knowledge and experience with allergen-free baking was made clear as she knew all the right questions to ask, quickly making us feel safe and confident she would deliver. Whether or not you have dietary restrictions of your own, Crystle’s great communication, positive attitude, and delicious baking make her an amazing choice for your event!

We chose Sugar Crystles for our wedding desserts and couldn't have been happier with the decision. From our first conversation, the owner was friendly and responsive, making the whole process feel effortless. When I brought her a recipe I wanted featured at our wedding, she executed it flawlessly and it tasted incredible. The quality of her work really shined through on our big day, and her pricing was very reasonable for what we got. She made communicating with her so simple, answering questions quickly and never making us feel rushed. We'd absolutely recommend Sugar Crystles to any couple looking for delicious desserts without the stress. There were no desserts left so I think that speaks for itself.

We recieved so many rave reviews about our cake!! It was beyond delicious, so beautiful, and Crystle was so great to work with. From the tasting, we struggled to pick the flavors for our three-tier cake because each one was more delicious than the last. We cannot recommend enough!

Sugar Crystles was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was efficient and very communicative throughout the entire process, which made planning the dessert table a breeze. On the day of the event, they set up everything beautifully and the whole dessert display looked stunning. The desserts themselves were absolutely delicious - the cake and cupcakes were not only beautiful, but tasted amazing as well. Amazing Experience!
We have purchased several different items in the past that were delicious. So, when it came time to choose a baker for our "After Marriage" cake we knew Crystle was the right person. She worked with me for a special dairy free cake. Not only was the cake beautiful and exactly how we wanted it to look, it was delicious! All of our guests commented on the cake. It was just what we wanted. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is patient, priced reasonably and creates perfection.
