Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. I also specialize in gluten and dairy free. I will cater to any flavor or design of your choice. Cake tastings are also available

I feel my work speaks for itself, I can craft tangy key lime pies, fondant-coated cookies, or truffle-like cake pops. And when it comes to my wondrous wedding cakes, I am all systems go, using the finest ingredients to create luscious layered cakes that come in a range of flavors.     Crystele was nothing short of amazing during the entire process of planning our wedding. I am a celiac, which comes with all sorts of special hurdles when it comes to planning food items. Not only did we get an amazing cake that both myself and my wife enjoyed, but all of the guests as well. It was also so pretty and well put together that it was almost painful to cut into such a work of art. The product was wonderful but working 1 on 1 with Crystele was even better. The venue we chose ended up being particularly difficult to work with not just for us but for our other vendors as well but Crystele remained professional and accommodating throughout. I don't plan on getting married again anytime soon but I would absolutely recommend Crystele to any of my loved ones and would use her again for any other event. Absolutely top notch. Thank you for contributing to our special day!

    Her cupcakes/ cake were delicious! We received so many compliments on her cupcakes at the reception. Crystal was so easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I highly recommend her!!

    Sugar Crystles was a dream to work with for our wedding. Her communication was prompt and friendly, and the quality of her work was absolutely gorgeous - exactly what we had envisioned. Crystle worked closely with us to determine our vision, and then followed through flawlessly, delivering two different delicious flavors of cake that wowed our guests. We're honestly not sure whether the taste or the look was better! The delivery was seamless, and the end result was a stunning centerpiece for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better cake experience.

    I sent Crystal this photo and I was a bit nervous at first about how they'd be able to make this happen but honestly I am so happy with how this came out it really was absolutely beautiful. I wasn't able to meet her in person with everything going on but she dropped it off for us on time and my coordinator was great in getting everything set up and presented. A few blueberries fell off during handling but considering how detailed and intricate the cake was I am so beyond thrilled at how this came out. I really don't often ask for perfection but with how this came out it's really right up there being perfect. If I find any better photos I will absolutely update this post with them. The venue itself was an absolute disaster but it was great having all those excessive blueberries everywhere it really made a mess and watching them clean it all up later was just fantastic. I'm not even sure if it's on their regular menu but I asked them to do a lemon cake with a blueberry compote inside (I have no idea what that means but my now wife had me asking for that) and the flavors and taste of the cake were just beyond extraordinary. They also made and brought a smaller mint chocolate cake to accommodate some allergies we had in the family and one bite my breath was smelling good all night! Thank you so much for everything I will definitely have you guys doing more in the future!
