We offer comprehensive event planning services for busy professionals that don’t have the time to plan every detail leading up to their big day. Our team of experienced planners will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding is truly unique and reflective of who you are.
Taking only a select amount of couples per year, Lovelace Design offers a high-quality, highly tailored concierge service to couples planning their wedding. Our goal is to deliver a smooth, cohesive experience while handling all of your wedding needs. Christina thinks of everything!
My husband and I decided to hire a coordinator after we had already booked all of our other vendors to help bring everything together. We ended up hiring Christina as a partial planner to help with all of the small details, vendor communication, and day of coordinating. This was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! From our first call, it was evident how much Christina loves what she does and puts her all into helping achieve your dream wedding while also being conscious of your budget. She helped me bring all of my ideas together and came up with some fun touches to our day, like our postcard guest book complete with a mini postbox! Christina and her team checked in with my husband and I throughout our wedding day and ensured everything ran smoothly. I keep telling everyone, if anything went wrong the day of our wedding we had no idea, because Christina and her team handled everything so well. I did not feel stressed out through planning or on my wedding day and I owe that to Christina and her team. I genuinely cannot recommend Christina enough!
The perfect day!
We can’t imagine our wedding day and planning process without Christina—we hired her for wedding coordination and are SO glad we did! From our first conversation with her to our hugs goodbye on the wedding night, Christina was warm, fun, and professional. She kept us and our vendors organized with regular touch points over email and Zoom in the months leading up to the wedding, giving us her professional opinion on ways to make the day flow and feel the way we wanted. During our rehearsal and wedding day Christina was organized, clear, detail-oriented and friendly to everyone involved and we knew our day was in the best hands with her. We were able to be completely present and soak in every moment because Christina and her team were working in the background to keep us on time and problem solving on the fly. If there is one thing you do for your wedding, hire a coordinator—specifically, hire Christina—you’ll be glad you did!

I am the kind of person who tends to worry more about our guest's experience than I do my own- I want everyone to have a memorable experience and to genuinely enjoy themselves! Our wedding day is not the time to sacrifice our own experience, however, and it is because of Christina that we didn't carry a single ounce of worry with us that day. My husband and I felt that absolutely everything went as planned and we were so impressed by her abilities. She exceeded all our expectations. We appreciated her attentiveness, how quickly she can adapt to changes, and for forming a friendship with us along the way. Thank you for your service, Christina!
Photographer
As a photographer, Christina at Lovelace Designs is by far the easiest and most detail oriented coordinator I have ever collaborated with. She thinks of every detail and is so warm and welcoming that you feel as though you're working with friends. Additionally, her clients are calm and happy, which I largely attribute to her flawless management. Happy clients take happy photos, making for a happy photographer.
