I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. “Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.”
