Our wedding was this past Saturday (06.13.2026) at Wind Mountain Ranch and Brooke and the Luxe team absolutely exceeded expectations. Although the investment felt steep at times during planning, it was well worth the cost. Brooke navigated all the fine details, helped flawlessly coordinate the best vendors, and made an amazing day absolutely magical. She helped move things along in the planning process when things got stressful and was even able to manage my mother who had differing design opinions and direction to create something we were both happy with. She listened to everything we wanted, helped us stay in budget, and executed a detailed agenda with grace. Luxe is the real deal and the event ended up better than I could have dreamed of. On top of all of that, Brooke even sent some photos and videos via text following the wedding which I appreciated so much as we await the professional shots. I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. Jodie is the best!! My wedding was in June of 2021 and I still look back on how awesome Jodie was for our wedding planning needs! She is super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She helps you think of the tiniest details that are easy to forget. She was there for all of our vendor calls and always had everything well planned out! She created a month by month itinerary which helped us stay on track. Anytime we had to pick our next vendor for something she would have a call with us to understand what our needs were for that specific vendor and then go back and do research to compile a list of top 3-5 vendors that match our needs and gives pros/cons for each one. She makes sure they’re all in our budget but doesn’t show us the prices upfront so we don’t automatically pick the cheapest or most expensive and actually pick with our hearts. Once we’ve narrowed down to 2-3 vendors then we see prices and helps us pick! This made sure we had the day we truly wanted. Not only was she great leading up but she was amazing day of! There were a couple of hiccups on our venue’s end but Jodie made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t stressed. She is truly the best!!!! Would for sure recommend to everyone!!

We met Kacie from Golden Day over a year before our wedding date and booked her after our very first meeting. Choosing a day-of coordinator really comes down to personal preference. We met with some coordinators who were pretty aggressive, and came off as overbearing. That’s not Kacie. Kacie acts as a calm, stress-neutralizing sounding board for your ideas. Anything you share with her is met with, “Yes, that’s a great idea, let’s make it happen.” She doesn’t try to steer your vision; instead, she supports your creativity and helps keep it on track as your ideas evolve. She shows up when you need her and is always willing to take a phone call without hesitation or making you feel like you're on the clock. With Kacie, there were no stupid questions, we could ask her anything, even twice, and we were met with her optimistic attitude and supportive responses. On our wedding day, Kacie maintained her positive, poised demeanor as she set up the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space with very little help. There were some issues at the start of the ceremony, but Kacie never seemed phased. Not once did she let stress show or allow it to leak into our headspace leading up to, or during the big day. Kacie was also incredible about making sure we actually ate on our wedding day. So many friends told us, “You’ll never eat at your own wedding.” Well, they clearly didn’t hire Kacie. After the ceremony, cocktail-hour appetizers magically appeared while we waited for our grand entrance. As soon as we sat down, she had plates of dinner ready for us. At the end of the night, my wife and I were actually able to head to the after-party with our friends, and that was because of Kacie. She stayed behind and left the venue spotless so we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. In fact, she wrapped everything up so efficiently that our catering team was able to leave early, and we were credited back an hour of service. Our day truly was golden, if we could choose one word to describe it, as corny as that sounds. And it wouldn’t have happened without Kacie.

We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

Dana and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the wedding process. We used her day of coordination services and even before the wedding she went above and beyond by recommending vendors as well as reached out to them in advance to introduce herself. Dana and her team were incredible the day of our wedding by moving our ceremony arch inside to make it a photo opportunity. Dana and her team made our special day seamless and where we could enjoy every moment with our family and friends without worrying about the logistics. They were instrumental in making it a perfect day!

Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

My event philosophy is centered around the people. Not just the couple, but all the wonderful friends and family who are sharing this day with you. Decorations are an important and lovely part of a wedding, but I try to always remember why we spend all this time and resources on a party - because we want the people we love to celebrate with us. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Kaila at Rose & Fern Events for your wedding. As the bride (and someone who has anxiety), not only was I able to enjoy the last week or so leading up to the wedding, but I was able to fully enjoy the morning of the wedding (and the actual wedding) because of Kaila. She is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. She is so on top of everything, to the point where she knew that we were wanting to do a group shot with our little group of best friends, and she went out of her way to hunt down my husband and our best man to make sure we were all together to get it done. We got married in April of this year and to this day, we STILL have members of our family and our friends talk about how impressed they were with Kaila and her skills. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

The couple had booked our services, but of course, it didn't quite fit into the space.
